I arrived to day. It is now 22.36 and we want to go to sleep I our room. We can hear the music down stairs. We have told reception and they say we have the quietest romm. Other rooms would the noise would be louder. We hardly hear the music but there we hear the loud base noise from the music. Very disappointed.
Had a wonderful stay here while visiting for a friend’s birthday party. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and really went above and beyond to help us. The breakfast the next day was also very good. Would highly recommend. Great value
Had 4 nights here nice clean room easy check in and out. Busy bar and restaurant,great food and great service. Had breakfast good choices from cooked breakfast to cereal and yoghurt fruits and toast.
Spent 4 nights here the room was lovely and staff were amazing breakfast was included in the price and it was very nice we will be back
Recent 2 week stay, everything was excellent. Really clean everywhere, comfortable nice room. All staff smart, helpful, polite and good humoured. Good location, close to Kiltonga and easy to reach touristy things. Next to shopping mall. Breakfast and restaurant really good quality food and service. Many thanks to all staff, who made this a dead easy 5 star review.

Haven't stayed in hotel have been in restaurant food was lovely staff were very friendly and helpful and welcoming. Where we we sitting it was a bit rowdy staff had no problem in moving us to somewhere quieter. Food was absolutely amazing we had wings n wedges for starters then for mains had the offer of the day which was two steaks for £40 was absolutely delicious will definitely be back again soon.
From the moment we arrived we couldn't have felt more welcomed. Staff absolutely fantastic, so friendly and helpful. Food was lovely, service outstanding better than some of the 4* /5* establishment we have stayed in. Would highly recommend.
Friendly service, nice people working here. That's kind of the only thing it has going for it. Furniture needs cleaned/updated as our both- which was a nice setting was actually very dirty and stained. We were starving so we ordered a few starters and mains. Fryer definitely needs a good clean- everything very greasy with a very greasy old taste to it. Just not good at all and the prices are Belfast City Centre Restaurant prices- £62 for lunch for 3- not good. Fancy hotel prices, greasy spoon tastes. Would not return.
For £99 a night you don't expect luxury but you do want the usual amenities such as mini fridge, microwave, and radio alarm clock, none of which were present. Strange musty smell in room upon arrival. Taps were stiff and hard to operate. Stains on carpet and walls. I do not recommend this place.
