   Staff are lovely. Really nice and helpful. When we checked in, they realised we hadn’t booked directly through them but through a discount partner and they moved us to another room which I can only assume was one of their older rooms. The room needed updating, but was clean enough. The shower only had 2 settings no matter how many times we adjusted it, very hot or freezing cold. The temperature also changed itself to hotter while I was in the shower which is a massive safety hazard as I was burned by the water. The heating system also didn’t appear to work as our room was always cold despite turning the temperature up. The cold breakfast options were lovely. The hot options were very greasy. We ordered a pizza to the room and it tasted like a cheap frozen pizza which for £14.50 was very disappointing. Overall, even though we paid a discounted price, it wasn’t good value for money and we wouldn’t stay again. The room facilities were disappointing and the food wasn’t great. The staff were very helpful and friendly which was the only saving grace.

   We had a super stay here just after Christmas. The hotel rooms are perfect, all very clean and the location is ideal for a few days in Belfast. What made our stay so great though was the staff, all of whom were lovely. Especially impressed with the really good, friendly breakfast staff - the host/supervisor lady was excellent, really competent and remembered our need for oat milk every morning. The other F&B staff were also all so friendly and helpful with kids, as was the duty manager (woman with blond hair) who fixed our TV. Thank you!

   I had a lovely stay while visiting the Christmas market. It is centrally located, warm and welcoming. Staff are extremely helpful. I'd like to thank Jessica, in particular, and the kitchen staff for looking after me so well at dinner. I'm a coeliac with food allergies and she was vigilant in checking that everything I had was safe for me and was so very kind and friendly too. There is a separate gluten free area at breakfast too and again staff were so helpful. I had a fantastic sleep in a comfy bed and quiet room. I will definitely stay again.

   The room was clean and kid friendly. They provide blow dryer and basic amenities such as soaps and body wash. Staff are helpful and friendly when I had difficulty paying for parking bc the app was not working as expected. Paid 218.80£ for one night with breakfast buffet which was lovely. Nice hot food plus all the usual things in a European breakfast. Our stay was relaxing and stress free aside from the parking bit. The bathroom is simple and clean though a bit dated but the shower had good water pressure and the ventilation fan worked well to help dry it out when used. The plugs come with usb-c and regular usb so that was a nice bonus for charging our gadgets. My kids loved their stay. The cookies and water in the bedroom was a lovely touch for all of us after a long day of activities and travel. 5 min walk to a street full of Asian cuisine which is my fav. Parking is awfully expensive in the area and a pain but at least Sunday is free. I really like the Clayton chain having stayed at one in South Dublin as well. Staff are generally polite and helpful.

   Really helpful staff. Turned up several hours early hoping to leave our bags so we could go and explore Belfast before check in, and the room was ready so they checked us straight in. Came down early for breakfast on our last day, ready for an early flight, not realising it was served later at the weekend, and they were happy to accommodate Room was clean with everything we needed. Nice bar area. Excellent location. Reasonably priced. Would definitely go back. Thanks!

   Really liked this hotel. Room & bathroom were nice & bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, we had a brick wall for a view. Downstairs reception area was lovely & plenty of seating to sit about & have a coffee/drink, etc. Staff were friendly

   Called in for a cup of tea with my wife last night around 6.50pm. Tea was lovely. Biscuits were served with the tea and were also lovely. The young man who served us was welcoming, warm, and a credit to the hotel. Excellent service. Thank you.

   We only stayed here one night in Belfast, but really enjoyed our stay. The Clayton is located near city hall and an abundance of nightlife. At night they have a fine bar and we had a very good breakfast here as well. The room was comfortable and thats all we can ask. We would stay here again in the future.

   A proper sized, super clean and well run pool area, with a great sauna and steam setup. Good sized rooms and great location, quiet but central. Went home rested and fit after 3 days here using that gorgeous pool and gym.

   The conference room was big and well lit. The coffee was surprisingly very nice, it came out of one of those big metal dispensers, I usually avoid them. Excellent range of herbal teas and normal tea bags. There were lovely pastries for the first break, a very nice selection of sandwiches for lunch - I would have liked to know what was in them as I have to be careful of saturated fats. I know some colleagues had other intolerances but I am being picky. The afternoon sugar rush was a welcome treat, but not for me. I however enjoyed the venue and I would recommend any business consider this for a conference.
