Exceptional veterinary practice, very friendly and explained everything connected to my cat's condition, operated on promptly removing my cats eye because of melanoma and cat came home the next day and is doing very well.
Jaffa's is an amazing vets. Sarah and Pete are fantastic and really go the extra mile. My cat has been suffering for a long time from a chronic condition that has left many other vets scratching their heads, but Sarah and Pete went above and beyond to understand what was happening and set out a treatment plan, which is so far working well. The practice is also amazing, it is set up for cats to help keep them calm. My cat is particularly anxious and he hates going to the vets so this made our visits a lot less stressful - for both of us! And all of the team are lovely, really friendly and caring. I couldn't recommend Jaffa's more for your cat!
Jill was so kind as to fit me in for my kitten to come and have a health check and her first vaccination this evening. They weren't taking new patients and despite me getting confused when asked if I had a vet (my kitten didn't but my older cat did, so I said no) they were very patient, kind, and understanding. Jill provided me with great advice when it comes to insuring my cats and I am so very grateful to the practice for fitting me in this evening and booking my lovely girl in to be spayed in a few weeks' time.
I have only positive feeling about this vets. The best.
Always have the time to talk to you about the best way to improve your cats health. I feel my cats are very well looked after here.

Jaffas is dedicated to cats, so no scary close encounters with dogs for my cat, whilst waiting to be seen. Staff are really friendly & helpful. Plenty of parking on the road.
Best vets for cats. Everyone is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They always work hard and make sure your cat is looked after.
