   AVOID. I never feel the need to write reviews but I've had such a bad experience it's compelled me to write one. We, as a family, experienced my 13 year old dog suffer a grand mal seizure at 5am on a Sunday morning 2 weeks ago today. We rushed her to VetsNow on Endless Street as that's what we were told to do on the phone. The vet couldn't be bothered to read the symptoms I had written down on my phone so I didn't forget any, so I had to read them aloud myself of which he got bored halfway through. After minimal checks to her, he determined it was most likely a brain tumour or a stroke and the recommended course of action was for her to be put down. This was of course very distressing, but he didn't say sorry, showed no compassion at all. We told him we had a normal appointment booked in later that day with a local vet in Wilton, so he said that my dog was dehydrated and suggested she stay with them until the other appointment where he would put her on a fluid drip and do some very basic blood tests, we asked the cost of this.... £1100!!! We declined and said we wanted to take her home where she would be warm, comfortable and could say goodbye to family members etc of which he said 'well, you'll have to sign this form stating that you're going against medical advice' which quite frankly made us feel we were doing something wrong for wanting our loved dog to be at home with us on her last day instead of in a cage in a cold vets. We were in there for no longer than 15 mins and charged £335 for the pleasure. The other appointment at Wilton later that afternoon was a night and day difference in compassion and overall care. Again it was confirmed she most likely had a tumour on the brain after more in depth checks and it was kinder for her to be PTS than be referred for an MRI to confirm, and she passed very peacefully with us all with her. One of the worst days of my life has been tarnished by the cold, money-grabbing experience at VetsNow. The other vets didn't even ask me to settle the bill until my dog had been cremated and was ready to collect, however VetsNow have already sent two letters demanding a £35 fee to process the insurance claim, even though I paid the £335 on the day! We are also claiming through insurance for her being PTS and the Wilton vets say they do not charge an administration fee for claims processing. Would never take any of my animals here again.

   Avoid at all costs - there is a wonderful new local independent vet open 7 days a week charging a fraction of cost that Vets Now does. He shows compassion and care for his animal patients and humans! Unlike these clowns! I was charged almost £700 for my dog to receive some gas and air. The vet said she was fit to return home with us despite her being confused and unable to stand. She was 15 years old and in our non- medical opinion she had suffered a stroke. We asked the vet if euthanasia was the kindest course of action and recieved a very clear ‘No’ in fact we were made to feel awful for asking the question. So we returned home and watched our dog suffer in pain all evening until the following morning when another vet euthanised her. I have had a complaint in with vets now for over 3 months and they do not respond. I’m appalled that our dog suffered, we were made to feel awful for suggesting that she be put to sleep and disgusted that this complaint is still dragging on.

   Vets now were fantastic! Excellent service from the initial telephone call, to the nurses on reception, to the vet consultation and treatment. My dog was extremely poorly after ingesting fallen acorns. A few hours from our visit to vets now he was back to his waggy tail self! The vet explained everything and was so reassuring. The nurses on reception were really kind and friendly!

   Such a good experience with Vets Now, we hadn’t had a great experience with the vets we had seen in the morning that were closing after our dogs appointment, we wanted a second opinion so took him to Vets Now and glad we did as he needed surgery, all the staff we dealt with were amazing and kept us up to date with every bit of the process, even after going through surgery Troy loved the staff there so this shows how well he was treated! I can’t thank them enough.

   We had to take our dog Orla into Salisbury VetsNow on a Sunday morning. Being given a 50/50 chance of survival was horrendous. She spent all day and night in their care, back to our vet in the day and then back to VetsNow in the evening. I have to say the nurses were brilliant. But most of all a special thanks to Vicky the vet who suggested that she referred our dog to a specialist for continuity of care and to keep the costs down. This was all arranged by her. The support she showed us and the care she showed our dog will always be remembered. She even took the time to call us this week to see how our dog was. Thankfully after a week of treatment we have her home, but a slow road to recovery. Yes VetsNow is expensive, but they have the monopoly and are there for emergencies. Ultimately it’s the price we pay for having pets in our lives :-)

   Absolutely brilliant emergency service provided when I needed it most. My cat was admitted with a broken leg on a Sunday & they took care of him & managed his pain over 2 nights until his surgery at his registered vet. Wonderful, compassionate & efficient staff. Easily accessible premesis in the centre of Salisbury with free parking (important when lugging injured pets around). Bobby is on the mend now & we all thank you from the bottom of our hearts

   After two visits to Vets now and loosing my much loved dog after 14 years I can say without hesitation that we received a first class service. The staff at all levels showed great kindness, communication and compassion during the time we were in the practice. We have used Vets now during previous emergencies and the standard of service has always been high.

   I attended this practice as an emergency appointment while away from home with my dog Eddie who had become very poorly. The receptionist fitted us in almost immediately and was very sympathetic. The vet himself was amazing, he was thorough , kind and considerate and explained everything. Unfortunately I had to say goodbye to my dog but I cannot fault both the vet and the receptionist, they were amazing and I would definitely recommend them. They couldn't of done anymore.

   Our dear old dog was referred to vets now in Salisbury with a severe case of pancreatitis. When we arrived at the surgery, we were worried if she could survive the weekend. However, the staff were very optimistic. They ran tests to ensure there was nothing sinister behind the problem. Thankfully, she was clear. Throughout the weekend, we were kept informed of progress at frequent intervals. On Monday morning, she came trotting out to see us as bright as a button! Notoy had she been brought back from fading away, she had been groomed and looked very smart. Thank-you to all the staff at Vets Now for their care of our dog (and us). I can't praise them enough.
