“I stayed at this hotel for a weekend and it was a lovely stay, all of the staff were lovely and welcoming. Catherine that booked us in who is on the main desk Was ever so helpful and friendly and if I had any enquiries she was happy to help. The location of the hotel is perfect, easy to get to shops, restaurants and taxis ect. I would definitely stay here again.”

We have been sending Toby for a while now and he comes back exhausted every time. He adores Sandra and looks forward to going. He isn't the easiest of dogs yet Sandra puts in so much effort and time to build positive experiences. This isn't just day care, they are trained throughout the day. Cant rate this enough, its fab!”

“Lovely hotel with clean and spacious rooms. Great location, 3mins walk from Southampton central station, 15mins walk to Southampton city center, 5mins walk to the seaside. Breakfast was nice and delicious. One special thing about this hotel is, they have full water softener system, and the shower head has extra water softener on it. The drinking water tastes great and the shower water is so comfortable that I have not experienced the same water quality else where in the UK. Love this place so much and I will definitely come back again.”

She was able to bring them along for everyone to meet, and then she took them for a walk afterwards and gave them their dinner at home. I felt completely comfortable knowing they were in good hands. “Sophie is absolutely wonderful, she’s been walking my dog for some time now & been so accommodating to periods of sickness (for me) & last minute walks for my dog. She has been a huge help & makes me feel safe when she has Bailey as she is always updating you & sharing pictures at the end of the day. Bailey absolutely loves her & his walks & I highly recommend her as a walker. She’s very professional, friendly & knowledgeable!”

“What can I say about Paul?!!! He walked my dog Ellie for just over 3 years and come rain or shine she had THE best time with him. He is reliable and friendly and there is nothing he won't do to help you out. We are moving out of the area and my only worry is that we won't find our 'Paul' elsewhere. He will be sorely missed by both Ellie and I and we wish we could take him with us!!! You and your pooch would be lucky and blessed to have Paul :)”

“Katie is absolutely the best dog walker we have ever had. She's so good with the dog ,has helped us with training and when health problems made it impossible for us to walk she stepped in at extremely short notice and pulled out every stop to help. Going above and beyond everyday for months.She is very professional,caring and I can't recommend her highly enough.”

“I cannot recommend Tina enough! From the moment she came round to meet me and my 4 Birmans I knew they would be in absolute safe hands! The minute she walked in the door the cats knew that she was someone they would like! Evidenced by them all wrapping themselves around her legs! Leaving your fur babies in the care of someone when you are away is not something that should be taken lightly but I had absolutely no reservation leaving her to look after them. Tina is kind and a person that you can easily warm to! She even did an amazing job of looking after my fish which for many is a daunting job but I came back to all my fish alive and well and 4 very happy, well looked after cats! I had a lovely surprise on my return to come back to some flowers, chocolates and a card from the cats :) I will always use her for my cat visits from now on and do not hesitate to recommend her if you are looking for a pet sitter/ visitor. The cats were cared for beautifully and were very content and happy when we arrived back. “Booked our CavaPoo “Fudge” into this parlour as only one locally that was open after easing of lock-down restrictions. The Parlour is easy to find on the road with a “dog shaped” sign on the verge just by the driveway. There is room to park and turn around too! The door bell and handle are cleaned following each use to ensure Covid-19 precautions are maintained. Meghan greeted Fudge (observing social distancing with us) in the parlour reception area. Very clean and well equipped salon and a charming lady who obviously adores her “clients”. Meghan advised approximate time it would take having listened to our list of “wants” regarding the grooming. Kindly sent a message through 20 mins prior to completing the groom. We arrived to a happy and immaculately groomed Fudge, complete with bandana! Meghan, he looks fantastic and the quality of cut is superb, thank you. We are so pleased to have found this great Parlour offering great service that we booked Fudge in again and next week our new puppy goes in for a pamper session. Thoroughly recommend Meghan and Parlour 4 Pets.”
