“Just checked out of Habour Hotel Southampton. Would highly recommend. Was sick with motion sickness on check in day and staff was kind and helped. Room very clean, modern and looks very new, making for a very comfortable stay while I recover. Had breakfast this morning at the hotel cafe and staff were all very polite and breakfast delicious and done to a high standard. All in all a most enjoyable stay prior to boarding our cruise ship.”

There are quite a lot of different bears, all magnificent in their own way but I just loved the ones of Winnie the Pooh and his friends. I was here a year ago and just had to visit again, I will visit again every time I am near Lyndhurst. Really a wonderful shop.”

“Slightly biased as have been coming here since the early 80s, and although we miss the old style pub, it could have ended up much worse than it is design wise. Food quality is back on an even keel and is consistently of good quality and presentation this taking away that level of apprehension you feel when you go to so many restaurants these days. Shout out to the young ladies and men of the service team who provide a very professional level of service in a pub / restaurant which I know for a fact can suffer from some challenging customers at times...”

“We had an amazing stay in Southampton, it was everything I expected and more after seeing the pictures online, these are a true reflection. I really felt like it was a 'home away from home'  as it is very well equipped for my family, we had a great time with clear views of the Marina. It's in a good location and walking distance for shops, dining, bars etc.  Chris and Neil were very responsive in communicating with me. I most definitely would recommend to anyone, you won't be disappointed.”

“I’ve recently started my first fishtank and I brought it into the store. The staff were extremely helpful and were very knowledgeable on what I needed which made my experience so much easier. One staff member, Patrick, came with me to view the fish and products I was buying, and explained to me how they work and why I need them which I was very thankful for. Overall, the staff at this branch were lovely and the store was very clean. I would recommend this branch to everyone :)”

“We were served by Ace, whilst buying a hamster and they were so helpful! Ace gave great advice about everything to do with caring for a hamster and they were also great with my young children, explaining to them things in a way they would understand and made them feel included in the special memory of getting their first pet. They checked over our hamster with us making sure she looked to be in a healthy condition- which she was. They also advised we downloaded the Pets at Home app to get ourselves 10% discount on our purchases, which was appreciated!”

“Went into the Totton store to get ear drops for Max my dog I was looking also to change his diet . This young lady Charlie was so helpful and very knowledgable in dog food and another lady was helpful to , her name was Charley . Amazing service”

“Had a really nice stay the night before cruise. Rooms were spacious and beds were very comfy. Walk from here to ocean terminal takes about 15-20 minutes and the train station isn't too long of a walk either Would recommend to anyone for a hotel for the night before a cruise :)”

He went above and beyond as the items could not be located. He worked hard and did not give up. The items were found and he offered to take them to my car. They’ve really helped make the whole set up process easy, all staff have always been welcoming and knowledgeable, happy to test water samples for me and advise on how to correct the levels when required. “Good place to stay. Right in the city but on the edge of Watts Park. Very quiet in the room. Air con was an added bonus. We didn't use the in-house restaurant as there was so much choice just a few minutes walk away. There is no car park on site but we came by train a five minute walk from the Premier Inn.”

“We have just spent 7+ weeks at this hotel after a devastating fire at our home, we moved out today into our temporary home, but we wanted to leave a review. The staff here were amazing, friendly and very obliging, nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels and bedding. Breakfast was good lots of variety of cereal, toasts and cooked. If ever we are in need of a hotel again Holiday Inn would be our first choice. Sad to leave but neeed a little normality now. Thank you to all the staff that made us feel welcome.”

“We came down from Scotland and stayed in one of the Superior Rooms. Full air con, very roomy as it is an accessible room. Had plenty of room to manoeuvre my power chair. Staff are very friendly and remember you from previous visits. We had meal deals so enjoyed dinner and breakfast. Everything was excellent. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting family and friends or going on a cruise.”

“absoloute top place always went to maiden head aquatics but these guys are more local to me and more variety of fish never had an issue with any of my fish. i had a snail issue in my tank and they talked me through how to resolve minimise the flock of them and gave me a treatment for it which works wonders thanks guys THANKYOU FOR BEING HONEST AND LOYAL TO YOUR CUSTOMERS TOP MARKS 5* for sure”

Staff; Gareth went above & beyond in helpfulness, nothing was too much trouble, esp helping with my wifi problem. Jackie on reception was friendly & professional.
