I have been using Chris and Neil for a few years now when we attend a show in Southampton. They are always incredibly helpful, and the apartment is perfect for us. 10 minute walk to the ferry terminal and a couple of minutes to Oxford Street
I cannot thank the guys at Smart apartments enough. I was in Southampton having radiotherapy for almost 7 weeks and stayed at the Atlantic mansions for the second half of my treatment after having a multitude of issues with my previous accommodation. Neil made sure I could have an earlier check in after having to leave my other premises abruptly with short notice. They could not have done more for me during what was already a stressful period. The apartment was fantastic with beautiful views over the city and so close to lots of local amenities and attractions. I would highly recommend anyone needing somewhere to stay centrally to book with them. Thanks again Neil and team!
We had a lovely stay in one of Smart Apartments flats. Hosts were very responsive and the flat had all it needed Very close to tesco and coop and lovely marina. Lots of busses taking us into the centre which was easy to reach on foot as well Would love to go back
Spent a week in the 2 bedroom apartment. Everything was as promised. Chris and Neil were prompt in our correspondence. The apartment was clean, close to shops, restaurants and bus stop. It was everything we needed and we had a wonderful stay there!
High quality decor & furnishings. Warm, comfortable. Next to foodie pub & rail station. Location perfect for New Forest attractions. Attentive & friendly hosts Neil & Chris.
I’ve stayed in a few places in Southampton and these apartments are by far the best. By a very long way. They are clean and very well furnished and very secure. Great customer service and any issues are resolved instantly. I highly recommend.
This is a brilliant apartment with a varied cityscape view from the balcony. See Southampton, old and new, from six floors up and enjoy the comfortable modern interior with all the usual facilities. The hosts are always avail and never fail to make it a perfect stay. It’s FIVE star
Thank you for an amazing two night stay. The apartment was stunning and so clean. We loved the unique décor and the bed was so comfortable, we will definitely book again!! The communication with the owners was very prompt and they were very accommodating when we asked for a slightly later check out due to my disability. The balcony was a plus, just a shame the weather wasn't great as it would have been perfect on a sunny day.
We had an amazing stay in Southampton, it was everything I expected and more after seeing the pictures online, these are a true reflection. I really felt like it was a 'home away from home' as it is very well equipped for my family, we had a great time with clear views of the Marina. It's in a good location and walking distance for shops, dining, bars etc. Chris and Neil were very responsive in communicating with me. I most definitely would recommend to anyone, you won't be disappointed.
The apartment is walking distance from Ocean Village and very close to the Isle of Wight ferry and New forest. The apartment is in an older building but inside the apartment is very new and modern. Easy access to the apartment. It is on the top floor with views across the city. There was scaffolding up due to works on the outside but didn't really affect us as we were out each day. Towels provided. Fans provided and tea coffee & sugar. We slept in the double room and the bed was very uncomfortable. My husbands side of the bed was awful with twanging springs and a noticeable deep dip which meant we rolled into the middle. I slept on the edge so both of us didn't really sleep for three nights! I would not return for this reason. Such a shame as the apartment is lovely yet the beds are awful!
