   I had a good feeling about this company right from the start of making my order. Everything just seemed to work. I wanted a brightly-coloured, lightweight, quick-dry swimming harness for my English springer spaniel. I ordered a medium size Balance by Blu-9 harness, which has all the above requirements and is robustly constructed. The order arrived quickly via Tracked 48 Royal Mail and was well-packaged. I would say I am over all pleased with the harness (one walk so far).

   The shop has a great selection and great customer service. When I made a mistake on the online order date, the staff made it super easy to change the date. My order ended up getting delivered early, which they notified me about on the phone the day prior. They helpfully suggested that they could pack my order in polystyrene, since my freezer wasn't cold enough that day, so that it would stay frozen while the freezer turned on. The staff are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, both over the phone and in store. The selection is broad and great for anyone wanting to feed raw. Their bulk 2.5kg 80:10:10 deal is great for everyday raw feeders and they offer a wide selection of proteins and cuts if you are looking for something new or novel. We will definitely be going back and ordering some more when our current supply runs out!

   Amazing pet store. We now feed all of our dogs and cat on the meat diet. I was sceptical at first but I can't fault it. One of my dogs has been really ill and had an operation, and I've seen huge improvements to his health on this food. The staff are superb. Bianca did a meal plan, as we have also just rescued an underweight puppy. Nathan is great with pointers on behaviour and Richard, the Store Manager is knowledgeable about rescues in general and everything else. Whenever we visit, we are made to feel welcome by all staff who are friendly and know the products they're selling. Plus the staff care, that's huge. Too often there is a lack of caring and losing sight of what a good pet supplier is about, but not here. From supplements to orthopaedic dog beds, natural treats, toys, leads etc, plus weighing scales to drop in and weigh your pet, the shop has everything. We won't go anywhere else!

   Healthy Pet Store is a exceptionally well stocked store. There are a wide variety of Raw dog and cat foods. As well as kibble and a massive amount of toys and harnesses, medicines and much much more. The staff are very knowledgeable on all the products sold. They are warm and friendly and easy to approach. They also have a good website for online ordering, offering a home delivery service. The driver is a friendly and pleasant attribute to the company. I would very highly recommend shopping at Healthy Pet Store as they will never sell you anything you do not want, only what is needed.
