   Amber at PH&G Southampton you are incredible. We boarded our 2 five month old rabbits with Amber for 2 weeks whilst we were away on holiday. From the first communication the professionalism and care from both Amber and Ritchie was amazing. Amber came to visit our rabbits at home to understand the set up and discussed all their needs and typical routine. Nothing was too much trouble. I was particularly keen to keep my rabbits in contact as much as possible, as we want them to live together once our male rabbit is castrated. Drop off was very easy, and we were able to see our rabbits living accommodation as well as settle them in. During our holiday we were kept up to date, with a message and photos every day to let us know what they had been up to. As young rabbits it was worrying leaving them for the first time, but through the communication it was easy to see the love and care that Amber gave to our rabbits, which provide so much reassurance and meant we could really enjoy our holiday. We could see just how relaxed and content our rabbits were, which showed truly how much care that Amber was putting in to them. Amber has an incredible knowledge of rabbits and created lots of boredom busting activities for the rabbits to enjoy each day. If you are looking for a rabbit boarder, then Amber and Ritchie are the people you need! We’ve booked for our next short break in November. Thank you again for taking such good care of our little buns.

   Words cannot describe how wonderful Amber was. Going from quick responses from enquiry to the payment. She had my full trust and was absolutely phenomenal. Booking proces covers everything so you're worry free when leaving your pets. She kept us updated daily and the photos were simply fantastic. My bunnies loved her and I can see she was thorough with everything. They were clean, fed and fully content when we got home. We even got "Welcome home" photos when we got back. Honestly that is such a sweet detail that almost brought me to tears when seeing them after being away. I don't even have to mention how affordable and knowledgeable they are. I'm so happy to have found them and will be booking with them again when I go on holiday.

   We have been away for a whole week ,Ritchie was looking after our 11 months old baby cat i cannot recommend him enough! everyday we have received update on our baby plus pictures so we could enjoy our holiday in full knowing our baby cat is safe and well. The service provided was extremely well not only looking after our cat but also cleaning after him, My baby did received proper care with lots of love! Ritchie is very nice and approaching person there was no issues with adding extra visit last minute , there was no issues with contacting always getting back quick. I will also add this 5* service is very much affordable!! would like to thank you and will definitely get in contact when going away again! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Thank you for our welcoming card this is so cute!

   Our guineas had a great time with Amber & Ritchie. They are very tentative and caring people. Communication is excellent, with daily updates and pictures to keep you assured. Guineas are looking forward to coming back next month! Would definitely recommend!

   Ritchie and Amber provided the most thorough, reliable and loving care for our rabbits while we went away on a family holiday. They visited twice in advance to get to know our pets carefully and to understand their routine and their preferences. We received daily updates with photos and video clips, and they even kept an eye on the house and garden during a heatwave. We can't recommend Ritchie and Amber at PHG Southampton highly enough.    They provided an excellent service, visiting Martini, our cat twice a day during the Christmas period - and at such short notice, too. They fed him, played with him and gave us daily updates, coupled with gorgeous photos. We knew Martini was safe under their care. They showed him so much love and we are truly grateful.    well what can i say about Amber & Ritchie. They are utterly amazing people and the love and care that they put into there business is second to none. If you need anyone to look after your pets for you whilst your away and want to be kept at ease knowing they are being well looked after, then look no further. From the minute we messaged him, we felt so comfortable. Ritchie did a house visit before we went away to ask all the relevant questions and to get to know the little ones before we left, and it was nice to see how he acted with them. We awoke every day too many pictures of the kitties looking very happy and being smothered with love, a service you wouldnt get in a cattery. I would 1000% recommend and reuse Amber & Ritchie over and over again.

   I would highly recommend Ritchie to anyone, he truly cares about animals and I know my dog Bailey is in safe hands with him. Bailey has been having group walks now for a few months he has made lots of new friends and always comes home happy and tired.Ritchie also sends photos and updates after every walk so i know what Bailey has been doing while I'm at work.
