   I had a lovely Christmas lunch at Escoffier Restaurant in Bournemouth. The atmosphere was warm and festive, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious — everything was cooked perfectly and beautifully presented. I really enjoyed the whole experience, and I would definitely visit again.

   A great dining experience at the college. All the students are learning and our waitress Megan was lovely, and explained every course We had the 3 course lunch and I must say the chocolate brownie (from someone who doesn't eat puds), was absolutely amazing, yum !! The only thing I would say that could be improved upon is the vegetarian option - there was no main course option (only meat or fish) so my dining partner had a starter vegetarian dish as her main course with potatoes and one veg added (even though I stated she was vegetarian when I booked) That is the one and only fault, everything else was superb, and will definately be returning

   An amazing 7 course meal. Each course, explained by 'William' was perfectly balanced to compliment with each other. I enjoyed the palet cleanser of a blackcurrant sorbet which was served before the perfectly cooked lamb. Overall a lovely experience.

   I took my parents for dinner here after seeing recommendations online. We had a 7 course tasting menu for £29 which in itself is a bargain! The food was lovely and I liked the variety of the courses, and the fact you didn’t know what you would get until the day. There was SO much food and I loved the little bits you got after dessert, we ended up having to take these home! The students were lovely and it was nice to chat with them about their course and seeing them being taught ☺️

   This is a collage restaurant where all the staff are training. The result of that is very attentive stuff who at times haven't got a clue what they are doing but are trying really hard and are lovely. This makes for a truly delightful atmosphere. The food is also at an incredibly discounted rate. I have a two course buffet meal every the food was easily worth £20 and paid only £10. Booking in advance is essential.

   Absolutely excellent restaurant by the college trainees. The food was superb and where else can you enjoy three beautiful lunch-time courses for just £14.50 per head. The restaurant itself is very nicely and spaciously laid out in the grounds of the college and was scrupulously clean. Service by the students was also excellent. We have already made two further return bookings.
