   I visited Turtle Bay in Southampton on Sunday 26 February 2023 in the afternoon. I was with one other person. The restaurant comprises of one fairly large sized main dining area with plenty of tables with full table service. The restaurant was bright and clean. Toilet door locks need some attention. The team were friendly and welcoming and I had no issues - we got everything we expected in good time and enjoyed the experience. I enjoyed the mac and cheese bites for my starter and the shack stack burger for my main course. The food arrived hot, was well presented and tasted really good. There was a reasonable selection of food and I found something that appealed to me. The food was reasonable value for money, I paid around £30 for two courses and drinks. Overall I enjoyed my visit and would visit again.

   A first visit to this chain of restaurants and we both enjoyed it. A great selection of Caribbean cuisine which gave me trouble in trying to decide what I wanted. I ended up having the Kingston fried chicken which was delicious and spicy. We also went for the 2-4-1 cocktails which are good value. The only let down for me was the toilets which could have been cleaner and the waste bins in the cubicles were full to over flowing.

   Loved this place a lot! Our waitress April was really friendly and service was quick. They have a large range of options to choose from, the four dishes we had taken were all amazing. The atmospheres was really lovely and we really enjoyed our time.

   Very cool place and great food! Although we didn't try any cocktails we did love their homemade soft drinks. BBQ ribs were delicious, would definitely have them again. Staff is very nice too. Since it was our first time there, by downloading their app we got £10 off of the whole meal and they also offer 20% off for Blue Light Card members. Overall, great place!
