   I can’t recommend Superior Smiles highly enough! From the moment you walk in, the calm and relaxed environment immediately puts you at ease — perfect for anyone who feels nervous about the dentist. Albert is a true perfectionist, and his attention to detail is second to none. Rachel has been fantastic from the very start, always quick to respond to any questions throughout my treatment. I’ve honestly never been treated so well by any other service, and on more than one occasion they’ve gone above and beyond what I expected — for which I’ll always be grateful. All of the ladies are just fab — professional, friendly, caring, and always smiling, which makes every visit a positive one. If you’re looking for a dental practice that’s at the top of their game, that truly cares for their patients, and that will make you smile, then I highly recommend Superior Smiles.

   I have always been extremely nervous of dentists. From the very beginning Rachel, Albert and the team made me feel at ease and as a result the whole process went incredibly smoothly. I have been genuinely delighted with the whole experience - the team are utterly professional, great to deal with and top notch. Albert is clearly exceptional in his field and was always concerned and checked that I was ok during the various procedures. His attention to detail is second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend them as the results have been fantastic - better than I ever imagined. It was a big decision to run with Superior Smiles but I have no regrets whatsoever and can highly recommend them. Thanks to everyone I dealt with there.

   I don't often leave reviews but Albert and Rachel deserve one. I have had 10 veneers done and I LOVE them, they are perfect. They look so good and so natural at the same time. They are the perfect shape, colour and style for me. As a nervous patient (to say the least) and having had not so great work done in the past (now I know what amazing looks like), I would HIGHLY recommend SS. There is no rush, Albert is super patient and wants to get it 100% right for you.

   My treatment was due to an accident and trauma from my childhood and ever since I had to have my front tooth removed I have always wanted a permanent solution but have never felt confident enough to let a dentist carry out the work. I absolutely could not be happier with the end result of my treatment. From start to finish I was treated with care, compassion, friendliness and professionalism. I knew what was happening at every stage of the process and all my questions and concerns were always answered, I trusted the team 110%. I did not feel pressured to make any decisions and all my options were always fully explained. What the team have done with my teeth has been amazing and I could not ask for a better result and a result I have been wanting for a long time. I would recommend anyone to make an investment to their smile with Superior Smiles.

   Superior smiles is more like a spa than a dentist! I actually enjoying going for appointments, which I have never done previous to being a client here! Everything about it is just lovely! The staff are amazing, from the beautiful Carolyn who greets you upon arrival through to all members of clinical team - Sarah has looked after me for a couple of years now and is just the best ! Rachel and Albert are just fabulous, their attention to detail to create the perfect smile is amazing and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!    High quality work and professionalism! I have started and almost finished my Invisalign journey with Superior Smile and I can say without a shadow of a doubt that it is the most professional practice I have encountered in over 10 years living in the UK. Albert Muntane' is extremely prepared, delivers professional and meticulous work; not only in relation to the aesthetics but the health in general and the individual mechanisms that facilitate my " Superior Smile". Like Albert, the team that I have been in touch with since my very first day (Rachel, Carolyn and Sarah) are very passionate and are always ready to help. They seem extremely proud to be working in this practice, beside a dental surgeon of this calibre, whilst delivery an incredible level of service. I am extremely happy with my result, which surpasses all of my original expectations and looks totally natural. Simply over the moon! Highly recommended!

   A completely different dentist experience and one that I no longer dread. The practice itself is stylish (does not smell like a dentists) and the people that work there are so incredibly lovely. After avoiding the dentist for some time I finally went for a check up with Albert after speaking to Carolyn and Rachel to find that I needed 3 fillings. Having had experiences of fillings being really unpleasant at my nhs dentist I was a bit worried, but Sarah is so gentle and calming I’ve had all 3 with no trouble at all. Can’t fault the team they are all fabulous, it’s been completely worth the money for me and I no longer dread going to the dentist.

   At the start of my Invisalign process, I had to have both of my top wisdom teeth removed. I was super nervous about it! However, Carolyn and Rachel were both amazing - they took the time to listen to my worries and provide genuine reassurance. I really appreciated that and it made me feel much more at ease! When the removal appointment arrived, Albert was absolutely brilliant. He constantly checked on me throughout to make sure I was ok and communicated what to expect and why. I also really appreciated his sense of humour which lightened the mood! Rachel came into the room after my teeth were out to make sure I was alright, since she knew how worried I'd been up to then. If that wasn't enough, she even messaged me the following day to make sure I was feeling ok and recovering well. To me, that is going above and beyond for a patient. I honestly couldn't recommend Superior Smiles more. Such a genuinely caring, attentive and amazingly friendly team! I'm so glad I joined the practice and so excited that I'm on my Invisalign journey with them.

   By far the most professional, friendly and efficient dental practice that I have ever been to. I cannot thank the team enough for their hard work, it is phenomenal and I would always highly recommend them. Every aspect of the business is tailored around the customer experience and they simply excel above any expectation that you would have. From the greeting received at reception to initial consultations, dentistry and hygiene appointments and follow ups they are up there with the best in the industry. I happily travel over an hour each way for this service and I am never disappointed and my review is from someone who historically had a huge phobia of needles and dentistry in general. Keep up the hard work, you deserve every success.
