I have recently completed Invisalign and whitening treatment through Timperley Village Dental Practice and am extremely satisfied with the results. Vijay and his team have provided excellent care and have been extremely responsive throughout the treatment. Rob is my dentist and recently I needed some work which it was carried out over several weeks. I can honestly say he is unbelievably professional, through and I was informed at all times of what the next step was going to be. Needless to say I’m very happy with the outcome. I took my eight-year-old daughter to the hygienist and we saw Brooke and Emma and they were absolutely fantastic. They did a filling done on one of her baby teeth. Every single step was explained and my daughter who was started off really scared was expertly settled down by Brooke and Emma and the treatment was done really quickly. Would highly recommend for any nervous little (or big) patients. My daughter also love getting two stickers for her good behaviour.
I saw Hygienists Lauren and Emma today for a teeth clean. It went very well. Good advice on how to keep my teeth in good health, the teeth clean was simple, pain free and the actual cleaning process was very gentle. I do now feel the benefit from having it done. I'd like to thank both Lauren and Emma for looking after me today in such a professional and caring way. No more loud noises too! The equipment used now compared to years ago is so much quieter and much easier for the dentist to use without causing any stress to the patient. Even so I was grateful to be asked on a few occasions if I was ok, which I was. I can definitely recommend Timperley Village Dental Practice for your dental requirements. I would also like to thank my dentist Robert for recommending me to see the Hygienist today. It is largely thanks to you, Vijay and of course myself that my teeth were in such a good place now health wise that I was in a position to be able to see the Hygienist for a teeth clean. Brooke, Emma and Ruby did my routine hygiene clean. They were professional and thorough despite the short appointment time. Brooke provided clear and assertive guidance on how to better care for my teeth and showed correct flossing techniques which were really helpful. I left the appointment feeling healthy and my teeth looked fab. Thank you! Moreover, and perhaps more importantly Brooke has recently supported my 6 year old and I, when my 6 year old found themselves in an unfortunate position of requiring a filling. Naturally this was unnerving and very anxiety provoking for both me as a mum and obviously my small child. Brooke was patient, compassionate and very good in her communication with my 6 year old. She spoke to her explaining all of the steps in a way which she could understand. When my 6 year old was upset Brooke was simply amazing in reassuring her whilst remaining honest with her about the process. Brooke provided a tutorial in the first session and allowed my daughter to touch and understand the tools to be used. Brooke explained the difference between happy and sad teeth which was encouraging to helping my daughter understand the importance of good brushing and diet. It also educated me too. Brooke did an excellent job and was successful in her efforts to complete the filling to a high standard. My daughter is comfortable in the dentist and in Brookes care which is very reassuring. Brooke deserves commendation for her clinical excellence and compassionate care. Thank you Brooke.
Super Practice, Professional Nazia Dentist 5star service , they put you at ease, and that's a big statement regarding any Dentist. Emma her side kick and nurse great team doing a lovely job went for my first check up and needed a filling did not want to leave it to long so I did not panic so Cloe on reception got me squeezed in later that day GREAT !! Thank you so much I have recommended 3 new clients without hesitation she is the best !
I contacted Timperley village dental practice after reading some other great reviews about their Invisalign work. The staff have been fantastic right from the start and have looked after me every step of the way. The free consultation was very clear (thanks to Jade) and there was no pressure to sign up to anything. They have always fitted me in at short notice and been very flexible with my appointment times and kept me up to date via text. I am about half way through my treatment and so pleased with the results so far, I can’t wait to see the finished results. Vijay is very friendly and welcoming and an absolute perfectionist, I would have no hesitation in recommending him as a dentist and his practice. A big shout out to dental nurse Ruby too who was very helpful on my last visit.
