We had gone to his previous dentist who he had an awful experience with and Cath got us in straight away, made everyone aware, everyone was so kind, he wasn’t rushed, the dentist was fantastic, they couldn’t have made his experience a better one and for the first time, he actually likes going to the dentist! When my 2 year old went, the dentist put a movie on the screen for him to watch to feel calm. They go above and beyond every time. My whole family are now members and the service is fantastic, everyone is so friendly and the treatment is fantastic. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist!!”

“Scheduled appointment online following an ad I saw for a free check-up on an early Friday afternoon, and I got time off work accordingly. I arrived to find nobody was at reception and the front door was closed. No response from any numbers provided either. Not at all impressed. However, Tomasz very kindly called to apologise for the inconvenience, explained that he had a family emergency and promised to rectify the issue with a free teeth whitening or £100 credit, on top of the free check-up I had originally scheduled. The service I received was very accomodating and made the whole experience very pleasant.”

“To be honest, I am terrified of the dentist. I’ve had some really bad experiences throughout the years. My Dad took me to Greys when I was experiencing really bad pain and no dentist was listening. I’m not scared of going to see Simon, he is always really calm and takes his time with whatever procedure he is doing. Best dentist I have ever seen, hands down. The hygienists are incredible too, Alex especially. I’ve been going to Greys for about 8 years and have no intention of going anywhere else.”

“I had a niggling toothache on my wisdom tooth for a few weeks now i was in pain everytime I took a bite. I rang the emergency dentist and chose this place as they did earlies and I was off work anyway. I drove 50 mins to get there near enough the motorway. Has plenty of parking space. Receptionist was so nice and polite and I paid for my visit and was told to wait for the dentist. The dentist guy was relatively young and very knowledgeable you could tell he cared and he spoke softly and made me feel at ease and supported. Sorry if forgot your names guys I apologise for that I blame my age I am getting on ABIT lol I told him what was wrong and described what kind of pain I was going through. He x-rayed my mouth and also told me that the tooth in question was all but gone as in there is no coming back or restoring to it's good old days. He said it needs pulling out and I was given the option of keeping it or taking it out. As I was in constant pain for the past few years I just couldn't handle that pain for a day longer and told him I wanted it out to which he replied we can do that. Laid me down and gave me anaesthetic numbed the area and literally when ready he took it out painlessly and I literally felt like all my pains gone although I was still under anaesthetic in my mind I was ecstatic. He put a cloth in my mouth and asked me to sit outside for ten mins so my bleeding stopped and he was happy for me to be on my way, that showed he cared for his patients because normally other places they just do the job and say right we are done and off you go but here the standard of care was shown. He the dentist sat me down and gave me very good advice to which I will take on board as I am suffering from gum disease of years of smoking but I've quit got over two years now. Anyway just want to say what a credit the young dentist and his assistant were. So friendly and you can tell it's their passion to help patients. Gave me loads of confidence just by being in the room with them. Kept asking me if I was ok which was so good. Thank you once again guys and it was definitely worth the drive there. I'm in comfort now nomore pain and I will do everything to reverse my gum disease and maintain the rest of my teeths.”

I was immediately struck with the sense that I was been dealt with by someone at the top of their game. I’ve had oral misery for two years now so after my regular dentist told me that my two most troublesome teeth were unsavable and should be extracted I sought the opinion of Dr Saira. She was confident that these teeth could be saved, I had two invasive root canal treatments in an hour long appointment and was back at work straight after, totally pain free, and two crowns fitted subsequently. I’m just back from a Greek holiday having loved munching on crusty bread, and eating grilled meat and fish with total confidence! I can’t speak highly enough of Dr Saira and GI Georgie!
