   Rude receptionist with a nasty attitude. I travelled for an hour and a half to get to ct dent and unfortunately I was 6 mins late, so she didn’t want me to be seen as my appointment was at 2.50 and the building closed at 3. although I was not informed of any of this the appointment took 5 mins. She is not what you want as a receptionist or any public facing role. Total disgrace.

   Staff were absolutely Brilliant Payment leaves a bit to be desired £175.00 for a 1 minute scan or £10,500 per hour but equipment needs to be paid for! After numerous emails trying to receive a copy of my scan and numerous excuses why I couldn’t, even though it was me who paid not my dentist, finally it was emailed to me that let the side down 100%

   Not pleased. Mum was referred here for a tooth scan - told her nothing she didn't know already about the tooth on the crack down to the root (they don't know from the scan how far the crack extends so essentially the scan was useless) - rather than having the common decency for practice manager to call my mum who is the one complaining she calls her dentist. Dentist has done nothing wrong in this situation he simply passed on the info you gave and the info you gave has not left her in a better position than she was previously in; the point of the scan was to show likelihood of a successful root canal, it has made little difference to that. Absolute waste of £200 and you 100% owe it back to her.

   Aweful experience trying to park and was given bays numbers that could be used and all were full. No CT Dent information on the building, lacking in directions once inside the building after I parked on a side road 10 minutes away. Tried to ring twice explaining why I was running late only to get a voice message saying there was no one available to answer the call. When I finally spoke to the reception she informed me I should have had updated information about other parking bays available. Really poor customer service all round :-(

   Great experience. Booking was easy. Parking was easy too and they provided a free park permit with designated bays. Waiting room calm and quiet. Was called on time and was quick with the scan. All round a good experience and couldn't fault anything.

   The main issue we had with the premises in Leeds and Manchester was that access to both properties was awkward for wheelchair users (I have a disability which means I can only move around in a wheelchair). I can't fault the staff at either site as everybody was very kind and helpful but I wasn't sure whether staff had been made fully aware of my mobility issues, both in terms of access to the building and the actual scanning process, which would probably not have been possible had we not brought my own standing device. Any other wheelchair users need to make sure the staff have been told about mobility limitations
