It is very easy to navigate and if you wish it can be sated with family etc. New information, reminders and test results are available on the app , l recently went for blood tests and the results were available on the app within 6 hours!! “I’ve been visiting most mornings and so far, so good. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, the swimming pool is excellent, and the gym staff are friendly and helpful. Changing rooms are decent, and The Cove next door is great for a sauna after a workout. The only small downside is the car park, which can get busy at peak times, although early mornings are fine. Overall, a great gym and pool with everything you need.”
