   Very welcoming and accommodating dentist. As an extremely nervous and anxious patient the worry of going to the dentist is awful, but I can safely the treatment from the staff was simply outstanding. Sara and Aleena were very understanding and supportive from the moment I stepped through the door until we left. Can’t thank them enough for putting me at ease, listening to my issues and helping me through my visit. Would highly recommend this dental practice for anyone who may be nervous/anxious about stepping foot into a dentist. Thank you again.

   My wife visited Hale Bowdon Dental Practice last Wednesday for an emergency procedure. We feel completely misled and very disappointed with the experience. She was advised to have a root canal, but no antibiotics were prescribed at the time. Within just two days, the pain worsened significantly and the infection spread so badly that she had to have the tooth extracted. The charges were also very unclear and misleading. Initially, we were told the total cost would be £595 for the root canal and crown. Instead, we were charged £150 + £445 (£595) on the first day just for the cleaning itself, and later found out an additional £305 was charged for the extraction. On top of this, they charged £50 simply for an antibiotics prescription – not the medication itself, just the piece of paper. Altogether, we ended up paying far more than expected, with poor treatment and a very stressful outcome. There are definitely better and more transparent dental practices out there. Unfortunately, we had no choice in the moment due to the emergency, but I would strongly advise others to stay clear if you want fair treatment and honest prices. The prices on the website (which also indicates Emergency treatment plans) were way over the listed prices and we were severely overcharged. I am seeking support to report the dentist as well to the dental council.

   Fantastic outcome, thanks very much. Having lost confidence in my regular dentist. I came across Hale and Bowdon when I needed some emergency treatment on a Sunday some 6 months ago. I was immediately struck with the sense that I was been dealt with by someone at the top of their game. I’ve had oral misery for two years now so after my regular dentist told me that my two most troublesome teeth were unsavable and should be extracted I sought the opinion of Dr Saira. She was confident that these teeth could be saved, I had two invasive root canal treatments in an hour long appointment and was back at work straight after, totally pain free, and two crowns fitted subsequently. I’m just back from a Greek holiday having loved munching on crusty bread, and eating grilled meat and fish with total confidence! I can’t speak highly enough of Dr Saira and GI Georgie! The Batman and Robin of dentistry and would recommend them all day long! Thanks Cameron.

   Poor service backed by evidence. Looking at the number of 5 star reviews it is possible that the owners of the practice have made a significant investment and the business has significantly improved. Its also quite possible that so many of these reviews from people (who never leave reviews for anything else) are genuine happy customers. I hope they are all genuinely happy customers who have received dentistry, from this practice, to such an impeccable standard. and it's possible that they are. My personal review still sits a one star backed by evidence that has never been challenged or disputed with no apology ever received.

   I had to get an emergency root canal and was charged over £400 for the procedure. Unfortunately, the first treatment didn’t resolve the issue, so I had to return for a second appointment—again paying over £400. Even after that, the problem persisted, and I ultimately had to see another dentist to get it properly fixed.

   My experience here was 10/10. I saw Dr Abdullah and he was able to provide a solution to my issue that 2 other practices couldn’t resolve. All the staff were so welcoming and friendly and I’m really happy with Dr Abdullah’s work.

   I have been going to Hale Bowdon Dental Practice for a number of years now and have always been very happy and pleased with the service I received. The front line reception team are efficient, friendly and courteous. Dr Saira Khan is an excellent dentist who is very professional, friendly and approachable which puts you at ease. The whole team are incredible and I highly recommend this outstanding practice.

   Well firstly the director lies. More interested in people buying her Costa coffee than her patients appointments being on time. Not treated with dignity as she walks into the procedure room without knocking. Dr Saria Khan didn't like me recommending improvements to her practices , would rather threaten that if she didn't get an apology a six year old childs emergency appointment would be cancelled . CQC and GDC informed and it's being investigated.

I had composite bonding and whitening, the booking process was really quick and efficient and I received regular contact regarding my appointments and what's next. The dentist and all the staffs are so caring, efficient and professional. Definitely recommend!

   Excellent service and super efficient. The staff are really polite, welcoming and put you at ease. Dr Khan is a great dentist and will only recommend treatment genuinely needed. She is considerate and caring and really good with nervous patients. She’s great with children and has such a kind nature. I was so pleased with my treatment especially since I was seen at short notice. No hesitation in recommending the practice.
