   I decided to visit this dental clinic after seeing many good reviews online. I hadn’t been to the dentist for years and noticed I had a tooth decay, so I went in hoping to get proper treatment. The nurse and dentist told me I needed a filling because the nerve was still fine. I agreed and paid £200 for the white filling plus £49 for the appointment. During the procedure, after the first anaesthetic, I could still feel pain while the dentist was drilling. I asked her to stop because I was stressed and uncomfortable, and she gave me another anaesthetic. The filling was done very quickly—within about five minutes—and I already felt like they were rushing through everything. Three days later, I returned because I had a bite issue after the filling. This time I saw a different dentist and nurse, and again they seemed rushed. I told them the bite still didn’t feel right, but they didn’t explain anything properly. The dentist just said it would be fine and to come back if anything happens. Another three days passed and I returned again, now seeing a third different dentist. At least this dentist took the time to check and explain things to me. He tried to adjust my bite, but nothing improved. He told me it might be the nerve and to wait a few weeks. It has now been two weeks and my bite is still not right. I finally tried another dentist elsewhere, and I’m already feeling better. I honestly don’t know how this place has so many good reviews. Maybe I was just unlucky, or maybe they’re more focused on getting patients in and out quickly rather than doing the job properly. After everything I’ve been through—three visits, ongoing discomfort, and having to pay another dentist to fix the issue—I honestly wish I could get a refund. I definitely won’t be returning.

   The receptionist is very professional will book you in and normally ypu would be seen quite quickly. Jabir is a very good dentist, ive had several treatments and each time ive recieved very good care. No pain and quick relief, in good time. I would recomnend riyo dental to anyone.

   I hadn’t been to the dentist in a number of years and felt very nervous as to what work I might need. My appointment with Jabir Duale could not have made me feel more at ease with zero judgement. The staff are personable but professional. I’ve previously mistrusted dentists and assumed they will try and get you to have procedures you don’t necessarily need (particularly cosmetic) and that is absolutely not the case here. They are pragmatic, prioritise dental health and hygiene and I came away completely trusting their advice and recommendations. You can really tell they’ve worked hard to make the experience of visiting the dentist as non-intimidating as possible.

   I had a root canal treatment at Riyo Dental Practice about six months ago, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Dr. Nihad was incredibly professional, gentle, and took the time to explain every step of the procedure, which really helped put me at ease. The treatment was completely pain-free and the aftercare was excellent — I’ve had no issues since! More recently, my son had a dental emergency, and the team at Riyo Dental Practice went above and beyond to see him right away. Dr. Nihad handled the situation with such care and compassion, making sure my son felt comfortable throughout. I’m so grateful for the outstanding service we’ve received from everyone at Riyo Dental. Highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for trustworthy and caring dental care!

   Absolutely fantastic dentist. I am petrified of the dentists due to bad experiences elsewhere but Nihad has been great. I Only had treatment done this year in January for the first time and seen him from then and nothing is ever too much trouble. Very knowledgeable and calm in his work. So happy I've found someone I feel comfortable with. Thanks so much and all the girls in the practice are lovely very welcoming and such a relaxing atmosphere which is so rare in dentists. Very happy patient.

   I attended Riyo Dental for an emergency tooth extraction. I couldn’t fault the service I received. I had a bad experience with a dentist a few years ago so I was very, very nervous. As soon as I had a consultation with dentist Mozammel, it made me feel reassured and put my mind at ease. I went back the following day for the tooth to be extracted, and the whole procedure was fantastic from start to finish! I would highly recommend this dental practice!

   Referred by my normal dentist as I needed a root canal on one of the back teeth which is more complex than the others. Booked me in the same day and the dentist was really good. I didn't feel a thing! The reception is nice and welcoming and the building was easy to find.

   I paid a decent amount of money for me to do Invisalign here. I chose it because it looked clean and the front desk staff were very polite and helpful. Above, many patients are satisfied with Riyo's services, but unfortunately, I am not one of them. A lot happened when I got my teeth done here. The most recent thing is that I had to wear a tray for 6 weeks. My chewing joint was not correct when wearing the last tray I had. I had trouble chewing food all the time, but my dentist only work here 1 day a week. Unbelievable. I hope I still have a set of teeth worth the money I spent. I will edit/reassess and update this review when I have the final results on my teeth.

   My son had an accident at football game and I was so welcome in the clinic in an emergency, stressful moment. Dr Jabir is very professional, knowledgeable and empathetic. He put us at easy, very reassuring and saw us back on a Sunday afternoon to ensure my son was recovering well. Truly recommend this clinic and thank you so much for all your support when we needed.    I have been coming to Riyo Dentist for a few months now for treatment. I haven’t been to a dentist in over 5 years as I am a nervous patient, however I had to go this time for a tooth to be taken out as the pain was excruciating. I explained to the staff and dentist how nervous I was, the dentist Muzzy was so calming and kind. He understood how I felt, I was very anxious but Muzzy calmed me down and stopped whenever it was getting too much for me to explain what was happening next. After having the tooth out, I asked Muzzy if he could work on getting my smile back and after several appointments, each time making sure I was ok, he allowed me to bring my partner in for moral support. Muzzy would show me x rays and explain what was happening in this appointment, the atmosphere of the dentist is really calming, with a television and fire in the dentist room. Not forgetting the new addition of the terrapins in the reception area, small details like this really calm patients down like me. After all my work was done, Muzzy arranged for my teeth whitening. I can’t believe how amazing they are, I was worried they would look like veneers or celebrities off the telly but they look so natural and got rid of my yellow stains after years of smoking and neglect on my teeth. Finally yesterday I had my 2 front teeth completed and finally have my forever smile, after all the appointments with Muzzy each time, I cried a little less and became more confident all because of how Muzzy and the rest of the staff was with me. However I did cry a lot yesterday but happy tears from finally being able to smile without feeling self conscious. Unfortunately I have moved down south, but have been making the 4 hour drive just to see Muzzy at Riyo Dental as I have so much faith in him and the dentist for understanding my needs. I will continue making the drive up for my dental care as I don’t believe there is another dentist as good as Riyo. Thank you Muzzy, Francesca and the rest of the team for all your kindness. (if I could give 10+ stars I would!)
