Very unprofessional. Negligent in reviewing patient files adequately. Only thing they want is your money. Next time I see them will be in court. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
A joke of a company! Travelled almost 40 minutes only to be told when i arrived that they can't offer an x-ray to my daughter. Why couldn't they have informed me of this when they got the referral the day before! On top of that, not even an apology. Customer service skills non existent...simply pass the buck on. An absolute joke!

Very slick operation, all done around 15 minutes. Only slight criticism, it might be helpful to advise patients prior to arrival, that parking in one of the Dental Scan bays is permissible, you just have to obtain a permit from the receptionist. I was intimidated into reversing out and parking on the road, by the heavy duty warning signs.

Easy to get to and park up. Greeted by a nice young lady who explained how the scan of my teeth worked. This was done within minutes. Very slick.
