   I booked an extensive clean but the entire appointment lasted only around five minutes, with very little time spent actually cleaning my teeth. When I got home and checked, I could still see plaque buildup and even spots on my front teeth. The overall experience felt rushed, and the staff came across as uninterested and dismissive. I regularly get a scale and polish every 6–8 months, so I know what to expect from a thorough clean, this was far below standard and very disappointing.

   1st time I went for a clean they were good but didn’t touch a quarter of my mouth, I thought Ok maybe it’s because it’s Groupon and they want you to come back For more, a few months after they call and ask if I want a half price clean £35, I book and I’m in the chair, I get told you can have an extensive clean for more, ok how much £30 was then agreed, they go back to working my teeth and are then discussing with each other they don’t have time to do the air floss from their it was a rush and I am so disappointed this time. Then to Top It off I go to the desk To pay and get told it’s £75, I tell her we agreed on £70, she goes in the dentist office and I hear them saying it’s £75. The appointment just got more and more shocking as time went on. I get back to My car and I can feel that my teeth are not cleaned properly. I could have gone to my local dentist and had a better clean

   Awful experience with Juhi Mathur at Dental Studio Knutsford. I went there for aligner treatment through a third-party provider, and from my first appointment, Juhi was dismissive and unhelpful. She poorly explained how to use and care for my aligners and pushed ICON treatment for my teeth’s fluorosis, despite me clearly wanting composite bonding to also even out my teeth. ICON treatment was £350 per tooth (I needed four) — unaffordable as a low-income student — whereas my regular dentist offered bonding for just £480. After consulting my dentist, I decided to stick with bonding. Still, I asked Knutsford for a composite bonding quote for convenience and was told it would cost £1600—over three times the price at my regular dentist. When my aligner treatment ended, I returned to Juhi to remove attachments and discuss teeth whitening. I planned to whiten my teeth, get bonding, and then return for a retainer scan, as previously arranged and agreed. Despite this, Juhi pressured me to buy their £200 whitening trays, insisting my retainer couldn’t wait or be adjusted post-bonding. I declined, knowing whitening trays were included in my treatment cost. Juhi then said I’d have to pay £85 for a future scan appointment, even though this fee wasn’t listed anywhere, and no appointment on their website costs £85. After leaving, I contacted the aligner provider, who confirmed the whitening trays were included and I didn’t need to pay for the scan, even if I wanted it another time. Juhi was trying to overcharge me and used high-pressure tactics to upsell unnecessary treatments. Avoid this practice!

   I would give 0 stars if I could. My teeth are ruined thanks to Juhi. If you want aligners I would highly recommend going elsewhere. I had IPR done, it was only supposed to be .2mm removed but she removed a great deal more. I'm now at a stage with my aligners where the treatment plan hasn't been completed because the IPR was far too much. I'm now being passed from pillar to post to all different dentists for second and third opinions. The attachments that Juhi did had come off by the next day. I had them redone by another dentist and they have been on for months now. After having 17 weeks of aligners, I've got to have another 18 weeks to fix the mess that Juhi made. I'm being told it is highly unlikely I'm going to be happy with the end result because of the state she left my teeth, and I've paid an awful lot of money for this!! I was also left in the waiting room for half an hour before my appointment, the practice was that quiet you could hear a pin drop, so I don't understand why I was left waiting so long. As a dental nurse myself, everything from entering the practice to leaving, was a terrible experience. I did send and email to the practice advising of my issues, but from the 2 line reply I received, I could sense they don't really care. Save your money and your teeth. There are plenty more, far better dentists in Knutsford than Juhi!

   The Dental Studio has been amazing, I’d highly recommend. I’ve had an ongoing issue for a few years and I always get an appointment at the last minute to make sure everything is okay and gives me a piece of mind. No matter what the issue, the team always want to help and make sure you’re okay. They also talked me through all options before committing to anything. 10/10

   An amazing practice. I had Invisalign, 1 veneer and composite bonding and all staff made me feel at ease all the way through the treatment and have totally made me feel happy with my smile again. Would definitely recommend this 5 Star Clinic for private treatment and ongoing dentistry services.
