   Waiting store nearly 30 mins for a sime pizza. Staff more interested in chatting and joking around instead of making my pizza. Asked for a specific pizza they then said it don't exist despite it being on the advert screen in the shop. Never again

   I ordered a pizza over the phone for collection and was told the total would be £20. However, when I went to pick it up, the staff member charged me £32 without informing me of the price change. I only found out after I asked for a receipt to see how much I had been charged. When I questioned it, he argued with me and my family, accusing us of lying about being told £20. He then pointed to the menu and said, “That’s the prices, mate,” dismissing our concerns completely.

   Very rude with a bad attitude. Ordered pizza with particular ingredients i wanted. Sent wrong order called they would give a refund or sent replacement. Abysmal customer service, rude arrogant. Disgusting food, wonder why so many people have given negatives here. Luckily ordered a minimum pizza order. Went to Pizza Village opposite by far the best in area, £12 full extra large. People go to Pizza Village Sudbury, better then these so called Unperfect Pizza. Never again at this place.

   Very rude customer service. I ordered perfect paneer pizza without onion and garlic. They send with onion and garlic when i called for replace pizza he said bad words to us. Very rude with me and my brother.

   Ordered a small pepperoni pizza, and I got an abomination, they gave me a pineapple pizza, like not even hawaiian, just straight up pineapple, do i look like a mad hippie vegeterian to u? Not to mention the dough is either raw or the pizza is so greasy that the crust is soggy and disgusting, Sort it out

   My friend ordered pizza through Deliveroo for our little party about 2 and a half hours ago. We've called twice and they've given several excuses, and the person on the phone was incredibly short with us. We still haven't received anything; at this point I don't even expect our money back...

   CHOKING HAZARD - DO NOT BUY FROM HERE If I could give a minus star review I would. My child nearly choked to death eating the pizza from this place. It was lucky we were all in the same room to help otherwise they could have died. It was difficult to pull this out of their throat. Very traumatic and scary for us all. Look at the photo I have attached. In what world is it okay to have ingredients that are 8 inches long! I called and complained but they were not interested. Blaming the cutting length on their shops machine. DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS. Or just wait until someone actually does die from choking and you’re all over the news. Please all customers don’t take the risk Order from somewhere else that you don’t end up regretting.
