   Great customer service on phone and in store . Taste 10/10 . Been ordering here for almost 2 years , never disappointed with taste and service.    I'm order today garlic bread with pizza bread and add garlic and herbs deeps extra in just it order but can't get any dip. This is not a first time happened maybe more than three times happened. Today garlic bread is not properly cooked and very tiny portion coming. I'm never ever suggested anyone to this restaurant. And here I am attaching uber eats recipes.

   Very disappointed with Tops Pizza in Sudbury. I went in to collect two pizzas and picked up a leaflet with their menu, which clearly advertised a Collection Deal — any medium pizza for £7.99, large for £9.99, and supersize for £10.99. I chose the cheese crust base and placed my order. When the staff member handed me the card machine to pay, I asked how much it was, and luckily I did — the price was £4 more than expected. I asked why, and was told that choosing a different crust changes the price. But the menu says “any pizza” — how does that make sense? She showed me a separate printed piece of paper that wasn’t even attached to the menu and claimed it explains the extra charge. I asked why it’s not clearly mentioned on the menu or even handwritten as a note — she just said, “These are the rules.” This feels misleading and dishonest. If you advertise “any pizza” at a fixed price, you shouldn’t sneak in extra charges without properly informing customers. Won’t be coming back.
