   The service I received following a failed delivery attempt was one of the worst I have ever experienced. As someone with a background working in the service industry, I found the establishment's handling of this situation to be completely unacceptable. I placed an order for two pizzas. The driver delivered the food to the wrong address. When I called the establishment to inquire about the missing order, the driver/representative insisted he was correct, stating he had dropped the pizzas off and spoken to a woman at that location. Crucially, he continued to insist he was right for dropping the food at the incorrect door and made absolutely no offer to rectify the situation. There was no suggestion to remake the order, redeliver it, or propose any form of resolution. This interaction demonstrated a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. It is clear this company prioritizes its own convenience over its customers. I will not be returning to this establishment. Fortunately, Uber Eats provided a full refund for the order.

   Ordered a delivery from here for the first time yesterday, and sharp from it being late, the good was really nice! Two large pizzas, hot wings and a garlic bread, all delicious! Definitely coming back!

   Save yourself from the appalling service. The till guy will be unhappy from your presence the moment you walk in the shop. Oh my god, the customer service, the guy talks as if you are there to beg for the food. Such impoliteness, damn !! Even the worst part is their food, pizza dough tastes so stale, very unpleasant smell. I might have been okay with the food bit but because of the attitude of the till guy with me including other customers which I was noticing very closely. I am done with this place forever.

   Best takeaway in our area, tried quite a few and give something to compare with. Food always delivered hot and tasty, never been a disappointment. ❤️❤️ P.s. not being asked to write reviews just really want this guys to have the rate they deserve, as recently ordered pizza from place with 4.7 review and it was far from being same as Hollywood Pizza

   I ordered 8 pizzas for a family gathering and honestly it was very delicious and mouth watering. All the ingredients and dough was completely fresh and we totally loved it. We tried some side orders and they were also tasty. Highly recommend

   So the first time I went there, paid £6.99 for a X-Large, all was good. They have a wed offer £4.99 any size collection. I have been there the 3 past wed and everytime I order a "deep pan" they give a thin pizza. I even told them today when I ordered to make sure it was a deep pan. Even upon collection I asked, "is it a deep pan" and they responded "yes". However today not only was it thin but also overcooked! Now I'll not come back again. Further up the road there are a few more similarly priced pizza places that I'll try instead. Just because of a £1 difference for the wed promo, they make all pizzas thin and don't care about quality, just churning them out quickly.
