Really we are very upset because this is not original domino’s pizza like test local shop and one more thing not cooked properly not cheese melted look in image don’t buy again
I would give 0 stars if I could. The customer service is on par with the food, non existent!! Absolutely abysmal service from this branch. I placed the order today at 20:01 and received a call at 20:14 saying there will be a 15 minute delay due to a power cut. (Fine, these things happen) however I then waited until 21:05 to then be told they’re not taking any orders due to this power cut? So if I hadn’t of called I would’ve never known my food isn’t coming? No apology and no customer care. Now I have zero food and it’s far too late to order anything else. On top of this I now need to wait 4-5 days to receive my refund? Comical. Want my advice Dominos? Train your staff and teach them how to not only communicate effectively but also set the correct customer expectations. If you can’t be bothered then shut it down!!!
After a brief mix up on the phone to which I take some of the responsibility, I received my order correctly, very polite over the phone great pizza and both drivers were great also. Very well done and a great Domino’s
I was extremely disappointed with my twI recently ordered a pepperoni pizza from Domino's and was extremely disappointed with what I received. The pizza had almost no cheese, which is unacceptable for a pizza of this type. I was so disappointed that I took the time to send a complaint email, hoping for a better experience with my next order. Unfortunately, my second pizza was just as disappointing. It was comprised of 90% tomato sauce and only 10% cheese, which was a far cry from the well-balanced pizza I was expecting. I'm not sure if this is a problem with the specific Domino's location in Wembley or if it's a new standard for the chain, but I can say with certainty that I will not be ordering from them again. The lack of quality and consistency in their food is unacceptable, and I cannot recommend this location to anyone looking for a good pizza.o recent orders from Domino's
Dominos need to apply sauce and cheese all the way to sides .... Generally people don't eat and straight goes to bin... not sustainable.....even though you ask they decline to do it ....this is only negative ... But pizza as usual taste much better .....no complaints on taste at all......
Dirty place. I saw flies and a cockroach in a dough. The employees didnt wear gloves and all the time laughing. It seems like there is no one in charge. Very disappointed image. The pizza taste good but it was the first and the last time we buy from dominos.
Took my boys to football, decided to order and collect pizza instead of having one delivered home from our normal one, which is usually great. I was anxious of trying a new dominos, but I shouldn’t have worried, you can see them making the pizza very nicely and their predicted timing was accurate too. Handed over to us with a smile, collected and the boys ate it all in a blink of an eye. Will buy from again. Very clean and lovely! Only gripe, parking for collection wasn’t great, I feared I might get a parking ticket to go with my yummy pizza!
Very quick delivery. Good range of vegan pizzas. Delivered fresh and hot. New chocolate orange cookies are also delicious and arrived hot.
