   We went without any booking the so called lady manager she gave us entry . We order pizza. The waiter brought us some drinks . I mentioned not to put ice but still he put ice. And when arrived the pizza was not cooked . Such a horrible pizza. We all refuse to eat. Wait asked if everything ok and I said horrible pizza. He laughed and gave us bill and said service charge so kindly give us tips. Such a horrible pizza. Waste of money. Don’t go please

   I had such a great experience at PizzaExpress! The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive from the moment we arrived, and the atmosphere was relaxed but lively. The food came out quickly and was absolutely delicious – the dough balls were the perfect starter, and the pizza had that signature thin, crisp base with fresh, flavourful toppings. What I really appreciated was the balance between quality and value. You can tell the ingredients are fresh, and everything was cooked to perfection. The restaurant was clean and well-kept, making it a really comfortable place to enjoy a meal with friends or family. Overall, it was a fantastic visit – great service, tasty food, and a welcoming vibe. I’ll definitely be coming back!

   Very nice pizza express. Some nice seating indoors and outdoors. Was super busy after the final and still managed to seat us and serve us quickly with good quality food. Pizzas are nice. The goujons were ok weren’t to crispy. Same with the wings they tasted very nice and were juicy but just didn’t have much crisp to them.

   This is my first time visit but i m sure this is my last time.. worst service ever…. I ordered mac and cheese waiter forgot to place order and then i need to aksed again… glass for water not clean.. in salad lettuce not fresh even not good… service is last level they give pizza and didn’t give any oil or sauce i asked 3 time they i got.. staff is argue with each other in front of customer

   There was a few issues, such as waiting over 10 minutes to order with newer tabled being served first and being brought the wrong pizza. However, my server Alina quickly amended this. She was also very kind and attentive even bringing me two bottles of still water when put of the litre bottle so I could still use my in app reward. The vegan alternatives were amazing, I'm a pescaterian but since trying them at this branch before I've been hooked. Sadly, on this visit I lacked the funds to tip however I will definitely be returning

   Nice experience at pizza express in Wembley outlet. Was really hungry.. loved the lemon and herb chicken wings.. Pizza was thin crust and was good as well. Loved the kids meal as well.... The price was in the affordable range..I normally eat pizza in dominos only...it was a nice pizza experience though...

   I normally love pizza express however on this I left with a foul oily taste in my mouth. Me and my partner had ordered the same thing before heading off to work, hers came beautiful however mine was drowned in oil which was only obvious when half finished. I was in such a rush I ate from my bowl while tipping the oil to one side. 3/10 very unhappy with this experience.

   This is the best Pizza Express branch I have ever been. It cozy, clean, perfectly located, brilliant stuffs, nice and fast service. Beside, there is a nice girl here called Melisa, just trust her and listen to her recommendations. She is a pro while she is kind and charming. She simply made my day and my girl friend.
