   1 star – and even that is too generous) We had an absolutely awful experience at PizzaExpress. Before ordering, we clearly and very explicitly told the waiter that we do NOT eat pork in any form — not pepperoni, not sausage, not ham, nothing related to pork at all. This is not about religion, it is simply our choice. The waiter said “OK” and took our order. First of all, the service was extremely slow. When the food finally arrived, the problems were unbelievable: • The marinated chicken smelled bad, almost like it was off. • We ordered two Quattro Stagioni pizzas. One section had fish that was so salty it was literally inedible and made us feel sick. • Another section of the pizza was covered with pepperoni, despite our very clear request of NO pork whatsoever. This is completely unacceptable. • The quality of the pizzas overall was terrible — poorly made and very low standard. We also ordered pasta for an 8-month-old baby. What arrived looked like something reheated from a supermarket. The pasta was overcooked, shapeless, and mushy, more like paste than actual pasta. On top of all this, the prices were far too high for such poor food and service. We regretted staying from the moment the food arrived and honestly would have been better off leaving. In the end, we went home and cooked our own food. This was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had. Even one star is too generous. We will not be returning and do not recommend this place at all.

   Great service, tasty food, fantastic location. I really enjoyed the meatball al forno as the sauce was absolutely delicious! And the chocolate fudge cake was a massive portion and very tasty!

   Our normal Ruislip branch was fully booked and so we booked a table at the Harrow Branch for the PE 60 birthday celebration. We were quickly shown to our table. The waitress explained the menu and we ordered our starters and pizzas which we had amend as we're both veggies. The fiery dough balls were underwhelming. Our pizzas were more crispy than normal and had to ask for a cutter. The biggest letdown was our chocolate fudge cake which was now 50% larger. Well the photo clearly shows that it is same or may 10% more. Also having only 2 waiting staff and a manager during a busy night meant the service was not as expected (compared to impeccable service at our normal Ruislip branch) and so our experience was a little disappointing.

   Came here for a birthday meal before seeing Avatar. From the moment I came in to the moment I left I was really well looked after! I unfortunately didn’t get the name of the guy who served me but his service was exceptional! I was the first one of my party waiting for the late comers and he made sure I was well looked after and had everything I needed. Order was taken quickly and efficiently and all food arrived hot and tasty! Had to rush away for our movie but they quickly and secretly prepared the cake that my friend had brought - I would have expected it to come on a plate just straight from the box but it came beautifully presented on pizza board with happy birthday written in flour and a cute little strawberry, lovely little touch and proves time and care is put into the service. ALL staff said happy birthday to me and made it a really lovely visit! Thank you :)

   I went to this Pizza Express branch on March 8th. It was my first time trying the known restaurant chain, and it probably will be my last. I ordered a chicken Cesar Salad and one cheese garlic bread. The salad was good and fresh, the sauce quantity is small though. The cheese garlic bread was tasteless with barely cheese on top. The restaurant was understaffed. I waited for 10 mins for my bill to arrive. The team seemed lost, training is much needed for them, or they might need a good Maestro (manager). The atmosphere is nice with a diverse menu. But you don't get for what you pay. Not recommended overall.

   Amazing manager and friendly service. The staff at this location where all very helpful in order to help me with my order and try to solve my problem. The manager also was always smiling and doing her best to keep everything smooth and under control. She was a very capable manager and I liked her work ethic very much.
