The pizzas and staters were absolutely delicious! The staff were attentive and very friendly , truly felt welcomed and taken care by manager EJ. Thank you so much . We will definitely come back again.
Had a really pleasant meal in pizza express this evening. EJ was a delight, very attentive and lovely to talk to as well. Really made my day. I have visited a few different pizza express restaurants over the years and the staff haven’t always been as bright and bubbly as the staff in new Malden were tonight. Thank you new Malden (especially EJ)
We came here for dinner at the weekend after a family birthday and had such excellent customer service from the Hostess, Drita. She bent over backwards to accommodate our walk-in group of 17 from the off - moving around all the furniture herself to seat us together. She was so friendly and welcoming, especially to the 9 children in our party, swapping their glass tumblers for plastic ones right away, bringing them activity sheets and colouring pencils and setting them the challenge to draw the best Christmas picture they could. Despite our large group size all our food came quickly and at the same time so the kids were not left waiting for long. At the end of our meal Drita came and judged all the children’s pictures, awarding them with a cupcake and Christmas baubles that she must have bought with her own money as a prize. She also showed them the Christmas noticeboard where she said she was going to display all their wonderful pictures. At the end of the meal she helped us to work out which of the discount codes we had would be the best value to apply and split the bill. Such exemplary customer service and a clear demonstration of how to make a dining experience welcoming and extra special for children. Thank you so much Drita - your warm welcome made our night!
Went on a quiet night and had the 3 course set menu, pizza express dough balls, pollo pesto and chocolate fudge, the food came out amazing, fudge cake does come cold but still tasty, quick and friendly service.
We walked in on a quiet day so the atmosphere was peaceful. For starters we had dough balls and a Bruschetta. The dough balls arrived hot from the oven with delicious garlic butter. The Bruschetta was also delicious. The pizza was so good with the perfect amount of cheese. I thoroughly enjoyed it. I forgot to take a picture of my Sundae because I was too busy enjoying it. The service was great and I hope to go again soon. I would recommend this branch to everyone.
Christina was is always so welcoming, kind, patient and professional. She has a lovley energy. The food was also wonderful. Great vegan options.
I haven't been to pizza express for a few years as I felt the quality had gone down hill but went for a freinds birthday to the New Malden branch. I was very impressed by how much it has improved since I last went. The service was brilliant and been able to split the bill/take advantage of the offers via the app was very easy and convenient. Of course most importantly was the food, the food was superb & the beer nice and cold! Toilets also spotless too! I have since had take away from this branch (sometimes I even get the children's menu for lunch and all these have been great too!) Five stars form me!
The food is absolutely delicious. Team members are very helpful and happy to work there. I always have great time in Pizza Express in New Malden. Can't wait to visit again.
We went to pizza express on grandma’s birthday. This is our best dine in experience so far we had in the UK. The staff were friendly and helpful. 5 adult and a 2 years old kid enjoyed our time here. My son got to make his pizza! He ate 2 pieces of his product. He is happy and satisfied, so do we. Thank you! I think the duck pizza is a must have if you enjoy Asian flavors.
