   I wouldn't bother ordering from here if it's late at night. We ordered around 11:45 and they took 1 hr 30 mins - we believe they somehow forgot to deliver it and only remembered when they were called up about it again. We asked to cancel and refund and they claimed they did not know how. Delivered way too late to eat. Not a very well run place - one to avoid.

   UPDATE: tried this branch again the other day and although the base was still really thin, it was much nicer. Arrived in great time, piping hot and tasty. So will add another star. Have never had an issue with this branch. In fact, we would actively choose this branch over all other competitors due to the efficiency and quality of food. However, our last delivery in January was awful. Ordered at 8pm and it took AN HOUR AND 45 MINUTES to be delivered. I actually thought the tracker was broken as it was being prepped for ages. I called at one point for an update and was told ‘sorry for delay it’s coming’ and then hung up on. Clearly the team were overrun with work. Driver was very apologetic but not his fault. The pizza itself was poor. The base was wafer thin with toppings piled on so you couldn’t pick it up without it giving under with the weight. This meant the base wasn’t fully cooked either. It was also lukewarm at best. Head Office gave a full refund. Looking at reviews it seems that a bad time was had around this time and more recent reviews are better, so we will definitely give them another go (due to the years of good service) and I will update my review if things have improved.

   The pizza toppings were packed an inch high. There was literally a whole green pepper on one slice of PIZZA. It was sickening to look at, every slice of pizza had inch thick toppings so the dough wasn't cooked and was cold and soggy. I threw it away and has put me off pizzas for a very long time. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!

   Ordered for Thursday lunch 1200 (in advance = booked time). My order arrived 35mins late. No communication - tried calling them and no one was picking it up. After the driver arrived at reception, he did not call me as I had written in the comments "Call me once you arrive at main reception". The admin staff informed me he has gone to the canteen. I have to go looking for him. And when I get there and ask him about the delay & why he didn't call me, not only he was non apologetic but he had a careless macho man attitude and saying "call them to tell them". And I said "You are representing Papa Johns right now. I'm telling you to tell them as well". Worst experience with a fast food delivery ever. Order was 130£

   Do not order from here. My pizza came with the quality seal broken, the pizza was squashed to the side, cheesy jalapeños were punctured. When asked for a refund, they said they can't. I do not want more food from somewhere that delivers food with the quality seal broken.

   I have ordered Veg Chilli Freak 5 times and every time it has been wonderful! The price is lesser than Domino's. I usually get a takeaway on my ebike which ensures hot pizza for me. A tasty medium sized pizza for £8.99 (takeaway only) is a great deal. They prepare the pizza in just 10-12 minutes and are very polite.
