   I don’t even know where to start with Chessington’s all-you-can-eat pizza place. These pizza buffets used to be decent across all the Merlin parks — nothing fancy, but good enough to fill you up without feeling robbed. Now? It’s turned into an extortionate, low-quality circus run by people who clearly couldn’t care less about the food, the guests, or the concept of edible pizza. The pizzas look and taste like they were made by someone who lost a bet. You’re paying a premium for food that has all the charm of cardboard with cheese sprinkled on top by someone who’s actively angry at mozzarella. The atmosphere? Picture a school canteen, but somehow more depressing — like the staff are daring you to complain. It honestly feels like Merlin realised guests were hungry and thought, “Perfect, let’s charge them a small fortune for the bare minimum and hope they don’t notice.” Well, I noticed. And I’m highly disgusted. This used to be a fun, reliable option — now it’s a full-blown insult disguised as a buffet. Next time, I’ll bring a pic nic.

   Very poor standards and extortionate pricing. Looked very run down, staff werent exactly helpful or attentive. £70.20 for shocking buffet for 2 kids and 2 adults who possibly are 2 pizza, a 1ltr drink and some pasta is some serious profit for poor standards, won't do it again. Very little fresh food, bland tasting pasta, salad bar was dry looking and just not appetizing. Drinks left a massive stain on the cups so god knows what it's doing to our insides, this constant push for aspartamine over sugar is nuts imo, no alternatives served either

   Literally the worst food experience I have ever had and would never recommend it. We only went there because it was the only halal place we could find in Chessington (ie the vegetarian option), but we paid more than £22 per adult and nearly £13 for our four year old daughter. The total came to nearly £60, which was ridiculous considering there were only two items on the menu (not counting the salad, garlic bread and drink, since salads and garlic breads are usually free in many pizza places). The were no chips nor any other sides; for that price they should have added some sides. For £60, at Jimmy's O2 we get about hundred items. Considering this was a buffet, surely they could have offered a few more items or just don't charge so much. Spending that much for only two items just was not worth it, expecially considering the food was rubbish; if I wasn't hungry I wouldn't have touched that food. To be fair, it wasn't so bad that I wouldn't eat it even when I am hungry. The pasta was awful and the pizza was trailing behind Domino's and Pizza Hut, or any local place for that matter. If you're gonna charge so much, then at least make your food worth the asking price. Would strongly recommend against this place. Next time we will just take a packed lunch if halal options are limited.

   Went there today to get a takeaway, I asked if they had a menu and options, and they were so miserable the staff, all they had was margaherita and pepperoni pizzas, garlic bread and pasta and the waitress lady who was standing with the man at the till she was just staring at me and giving me looks and non of them understood I had learning difficulties. I walked out and didn't place no order after what happened. They should always have a menu and they do more selections and variety. It needs to be improved

   What have you done merlin/arrowmart. We go pizza pasta once a month and this was the worst ever. FROZEN PIZZA I can not believe it the kitch staff just stand around no tray needed to cook just freezer open though into over slice done and for £21 per adult. If prices increase so should quality. But tonincrease this much and go frozen is a joke, you should be ashamed of yourself... lost a good customer

   Highly overpriced for what is actually offered, especially if you are vegan (or even vegetarian). Food quality is quite basic, so, even though you could get plenty, you would not want more after you first tasted it. At least the staff members were working fast, so there were no delays.

   I would give this 0 stars if I could! So overpriced for what they offer! Pizza doesn’t taste good, I didn’t even bother to try the pasta as it looked horrible and bland. You also have to eat from single use paper plates. Lesson learnt - bring your own food!

   This is vastly overpriced! The service was good with friendly staff. Salad bar was the best part for me which was fairly fresh and a good selection. Pizza was tasteless and only just edabile. The tomato pasta was awful with a horrible chemical taste to it! Really don't bother!!!
