I recently placed an order from Pizza Hut for a small family and friends gathering, and the experience truly brought back some of the warmest memories from my childhood in America during the '80s and '90s. Back then, Pizza Hut and Domino's were staples for any celebration or family night — the excitement of sharing a cheesy, piping-hot pizza with loved ones was unmatched. That same feeling came rushing back with this order. The pizza itself was outstanding. The crust was fluffy, airy, and beautifully light — just the way I remember loving it as a kid. It was loaded with cheese and generous amounts of pepperoni, so flavorful that I didn’t even feel the need for extra toppings. Every bite was delicious and satisfying. A special shout-out to the manager, Manik, who went above and beyond. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about the customer experience. He overheard that I love salads and kindly offered one on the house — such a thoughtful gesture! He even asked if I’d like garlic for my pizza crust, a small detail that made a big impression. It’s rare to see that level of care and attention these days.On top of that, the prices were incredibly reasonable — great quality without breaking the bank. After this experience, I honestly don’t think I’ll be ordering pizza from anywhere else. If you're looking for authentic American-style pizza that brings comfort, taste, and a sense of community, this Pizza Hut is where to order from. Terrible. Turned up about 2 hrs after ordering. You can see from the photos, the food quality is aweful. Hard to find the cheese on the garlic bread with cheese (or either pizza - one of them was supposed to be with extra cheese!), The pizza bread was horrible - dry and hard around the edges, soft and soggy in the middle. Hardly any toppings. Never going to order from this branch again. Since I'm not able to select other stores for delivery, I guess that means ordering from elsewhere in the future.
Ordered food it arrived after over 1hr wait. The pizza was completely cold, lopsided, dough damaged, lacked any sauce and the box crushed like it had been dropped and stepped on. The cookie dough also was squashed and damaged. We called right away and were on put hold, not even an apology but a discount for next time offered. Requested they refund & collect as not acceptable (which they cannot do they said). Had to reheat in oven and when we attempted to eat the pizza was horrible. So threw it away. Have called 4 times to follow up on refund as it has been promised, then their syetem is down. All kinds of excuses. AVOID, AVOID. Can see why they have 2 stars out of five. Still await the refund.. has been 3 weeks!!!
Worst pizza hut ever. 2nd time i ordered veg pizza with meat on it. This time chicken pieces which were consumed by my mother. They want to give me free pizzas in return. Absolutely shocking. Clearly a bunch of scum lowlifes working there who laugh hysterically in the background during phone call. I have kept the pizza and will take this forward and look to be compensated for the utter disappointment this branch has created. Even the black olives dumped on one slice. STAY WELL CLEAR!!!!! RISKY
