   I bought a pizza yesterday and now I have food poisoning.Watching the pizza prep line, when making the base, I saw multiple times the pizza base being put onto bare arms when handling it when they were making the base sizes. No long sleeved clothing or protection from food. The pizza tasted uncooked and it needed more cooking time, an additional two minutes. A waste of my money and now spending the weekend recovering when I had things to do this weekend. :(

   we always collect our pizzas - sometimes not cut fully, sometimes our half-and-halfs get contaminated, but really nothing to complain about! pizzas are salty but yummy.

   Good food, horrible experience with the staff. I placed an order and waited for about 1 hour. I tried calling the shop multiple times and only at the thrird call they picked up, then the staff member proceeded to tell me that they did not have any order from me or my number, even if I told her on several occasions that I was a regular customer and that I had the receipt of the payment. So, not onlywas I being "accused" of lying, but she was also impossible to have a conversation with. Only at the end she realised that what I was saying was true, and told me to wait other 20 minutes because they had only one driver. Yet I don't think it's a good reason to be rude to someone who's seeking help.

   Domino Pizza staffs was disrespectful. I order a Pizza and some sides from Domino Pizza Ealing common on 16/10/2022. After about 20 minutes waits for the delivery; a member of staff telephoned to state that they were short staff and that the Pizza may take up to 2 hours for delivery. They requested that I either personally pick up the Pizza or they can refund my money which would take 3-5 working days. I then ask the staff member what incentive would be given for me picking up the Pizza given that I had already paid for a delivery service. This person was so rude in their response and in the end i had to ask for a manager. The manager then came on the phone and it was clear that she was brief by her staff. She too was extremely rude and didn't consider the situation a fault of there's or one that they feel they need to address. even after they admit that it was due to being short staff. Their blatant disrespect, their smirks during face to face conversation and their mannerism all demonstrated a lack of appreciation for the customer.

   A huge thanks to the lady I spoke to today! I called at least 4 times as I couldn’t figure out how to get the best deal for my sons birthday party. She was super patient and talked me through everything and made sure all of our delicious great value pizzas were delivered on time! Thank you again!

   Ordered a few times from branch. Least they never seemed to take a bite out of my pizza like the Chiswick branch. Staff were helpful even though I accidentally didn’t use the deal they gave something. Pizza always hot, fresh and tasty. Well made and staff professional.
