This is my 2nd time in this restaurant and I am shocked I haven't reviewed this place before! The first time I came, the gentleman who owns the restaurant was on his own with a large number of patrons. The food took longer than usual but he checked in with each customer to make sure everyone was happy and had a little chat. When the food came, it was absolutely authentic. There is a big oven in the restaurant which creates a smoky atmosphere and the furniture feels like a very Italian decor. The food is delicious. I came today and tried a different pizza. It was so amazing!!! The herbs, the meat, the sauce! It is all fresh and I am definitely coming back here! The two employees I met today were fantastic and I wish Kasia all the best in her future endeavour. In conclusion, authentic Italian food and a great atmosphere.

A family run Italian in Acton. Cosy and much more intimate compared to more well known Italian restaurants. The service was good and our waiter friendly and attentive. We were offered complimentary bread and olive oil for starters which was not great unfortunately. We felt there was too much olive oil and the bread was so hard, that we were struggling to chew it and so had to leave the bread. For mains we ordered the truffle ravioli in a β€˜creamy sauce’ and the vegetable pizza. We were impressed with the pasta, which tasted fresh. The sauce was average; unfortunately, it was watered down and not too creamy as described on the menu and therefore it was just falling off my fork which was disappointing. Unfortunately, the vegetable pizza was also not for us… the base was very thin and after just five minutes we struggled to cut the pizza and would need something much more vigorous than a knife to cut through the base. However, willing to come back to try other pastas as that was good and the service also excellent

Best place I have visited in a long long time. I have travelled 2 hours to that area and best part was popping by this restaurant unexpectedly and having lunch. Felt like visiting a close family home and having the best food EVER! Their pizza oven, piano, Italian design… their pizza is the best and that strong Italian coffee… so happy I have bought cookies at the Casereccio as if we would live any closer I would buy them way more often. If I’m ever in that area again, I will definitely go back!

100% can’t recommend enough these people deserve a packed restaurant every night of the week. Authentic and fresh food cooked amazingly. The prices are so reasonable for what you get it is very underpriced. People in the restaurant are so lovely and very accommodating would definitely visit again!!!

Best Italian / Sardinian meal I've had in a while. They came out with some complementary homemade bread and black olives to start. We ordered a second because the bread was so fresh and the olives beautifully balanced with oregano. I fancied pasta so ordered the crab and marscapone ravioli. Stunningly delicate dish. Would recommend. My partner had a craving for a risotto and put in an off-menu request. She wasn't sure what it came with at which point the chef came out and said: "Signora you can have whatever you want; if you want seafood, you can have seafood, if you want vegetables, you can have vegetables, it's your choice". What arrived was this turmeric infused veggie risotto feast which was so rich I'd recommend not having a mouthful and going back to the ravioli. We finished with the tiramisu which was very homemade and damp with whichever booze they'd pumped into it - spectacular. My partner wanted more rum in it, I think there wasn't enough marscapone - but everyone has their own take on it. Overall, totally content with the experience - friendly staff, great wine with an open plan kitchen. Very happy, well worth a visit, and I'll be returning with my family.

The pizza from here is honestly one of the best pizzas I have ever had. The bread is crunchy, there isn’t too much cheese which is often the problem with some pizzas. I also ordered the bolognaise which was also amazing, a good amount of tomato and meat. I will be coming here again and I defo think it’s really worth going for anyone that like Italian food (which is everyone let’s be honest) would 100% recommend.

Stumbled upon this place whilst walking to Acton Station. Very authentic feeling Italian place, was served by who I presume is the owner who was very friendly and made me feel at home. The food was excellent, the service was great and the restaurant itself was quite homely. Would definitely return if I was in the area.
