   I hardly do bad reviews, but this place really annoyed me. Ordered 2 pizzas. Waited 1h 40mins for it to finally turn up. When and when it did, it was cold! Sent the driver back with the cold pizzas. And when I called the shop. The guy on the phone was rude and even put the phone down on me. Never again.

   The customer service is not good and the chef does not know his job at all and very bad. Please be careful with your money. I was not happy at all with the pizza.

   Charged me £8 for delivery fee and spoke to me horridly on the phone. Very bad manners. After I refused to pay after ordering just 1 pizza as he never told me on the phone. £20 for 1 pizza disgraceful .

   I just want to say that achmed and the other employees at this pizza restaurant helped my daughter in a time of crisis. They went above and beyond and are amazing people. I don't know how to thank them enough.

   Well...Generally I love Pizza GoGo. Great deals and their cookies are best. This time though I ordered it from the Acton branch and it was all a bit burnt. They gave us extra sauces though and the delivery was super fast but I have to give 3 stars. Hopefully I can change it next time.
