Recently, I bought 2 large pizzas. I have no complaints about the pizzas; however, when you buy 2 large pizzas, then you would expect some sauce to be complimentary. But upon requesting a dip of sauce, I was told sauces are £.40, which I found very disappointing, especially when you are ordering 2 large pizzas and not getting any sauce.
I found hair in the pizza box and when i called them they said well make you fresh pizza's itll be done in 10mins (when pizza takes 30 to 45 mins to make).. instead of making fresh pizza's they decided to give back the same pizza's in a different box thinking i wouldnt no same cold fries. WONT BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN
Seriously they need to hire people who know how to talk to people over the phone. No customer service, no people’s person skills, I’m quite surprised that they are similar reviews on this takeaway and yet they don’t try to improve themselves. Just asked a query regarding their pizza and their meal deals, the person answered the question with one word and hanged up the call. Why hire such person?? I have to say the food is good but no respect for your business and your customers.
Wouldn't even give them a star if I could help it! Horrid customer service and horrid food, half the food is missing, the food that did arrive is vile and unedible! The salad and sauce is on top of the burgers not in the middle! Pizza swimming in grease from cheap cheese and stone cold! Whoever made them was clearly not right! No accountability, rude manager! Want money but want to serve old cold food. Full food was never provided!

Amazing place which has never failed to disappointed me, i have ordered multiple and they have delivered me excellent food. Service is absolutely grate and members off staff are really nice. Overall a 9/10 for this place as the food is excellent and as i can tell it’s fresh every time i have ordered!
I'll start by saying the food is very tasty and the prices are good. I've ordered a few times because of this but they let me down this time in a big way. I ordered the Keema and Chicken pizza and specifically asked for NO JALAPEÑOS, as it was for my little kids. Pizza was loaded with jalapeños so kids didn't enjoy their evening meal. I picked out as many as I could find but there were always some hidden under the cheese. Please take note of special requests the customers make.
I would like to make you aware of this place; I've ordered from here multiple times and truth is 7/10 their food is on point. That said the service is abysmal to say the least. We've ordered in the past been promised a delivery time and have had to pick the food up because they've taken the p*** getting it delivered making lame excuses. The most recent was (29/4/22) I ordered at 7.39pm and asked will the food be delivered by 8.31pm (time to open fast) to which I was told yes. I ordered food for family including my elderly parents on the condition that it would be delivered on time. I called at 8.30pm and was told driver had left 7-8 mins ago and will be there soon keeping in mind it wouldn't take longer than 15 mins in the car from the shop to the house. I called again at 8.55pm only to be told the driver left 5 mins ago I challenged the operator and said I was told otherwise he said there's 5 people who answer the phone so I said you need to find out who's lying because it's bringing your business into disrepute. The food eventually arrived at 9.20pm. Was warm to say the least no sauces and no drinks for the two meals that I ordered. I asked the driver what time he left he didn't give me a straight answer only said he had 6 deliveries to get out and we were last. I said it's not good enough because when I asked specifically will the food be delivered by 8.30pm I was told yes. Isn't it enough to expect people to tell the truth!!! Anyway that's the last time I will order from there and will discourage anyone else from ordering from there.
Was a regular here but not no more. The standard of food has been going down hill. From food not being fully cooked or even burnt to orders incorrectly made. on my last order 6th Feb 2022 I had a pizza that was mostly dough and not much of anything else what a waste went straight in the bin As pointed out by others there is no customer service with this place too much attitude. I would rather spend my hard earned money elsewhere where the food is to a good standard and staff and owners appreciate my custom.
