Kept us waiting for over an hour and then said we haven’t ordered then found the order but it was collection not delivery? Make your mind up first !!! Now have to look elsewhere and then again start waiting !!!
Probably worst pizza I've had, tasted burnt no flavour guy didn't seem to have a clue.
Brilliant Pizza and baguettes. Pizza's are tasty and loaded with toppings to the edge. Baguettes are hot and toasted with melted cheese and are yummy. Oh and the grilled chicken breast with fries is lovely. Finally try the pizza stick with fries, again tasty. Overall Brilliant food. Always busy in the evenings so expect a wait but the best things come to those who wait.
I have been going to them for many many years not just myself but my family who reside in Coventry, they multi special pizza is the best pizza from there its literally my favourite pizza unfortunately they don't deliver to yardley which is a downfall for me, but I would definitely recommend their multi special pizza
*AVOID AVOID AVOID* After years of ordering we have finally decided that Multi Pizza is not the same as it was before. We have been going since it has been established. After giving them chances upon chances, today i ordered again and it was absolutely terrible the pizza was thin with hardly any toppings and barely any cheese. The fries tasted refried and as if they had been sat there for a while. Multi Pizza was recently on and off. Sometimes the food would’ve been good and sometimes terrible. I would recommend choosing another pizza place instead of this like Caspian Pizza up the road or Pizza Rapido. Huge disappointment from what used to be a good pizza place. Don’t come here!
Pizza used to be good before cronavirus hit us and the prices £13 was reasonable. now after the cronovirus this is the 2nd time i have ordered from them deal 3 is what i order everytime and it was tasteless and the price is keep jumping up new price is £21 not going to order from them again.
26/12/2022 i put my order in at 6:12pm I waited for my order an hour has pass its 7:15pm by now no delivery called them they said it would be there 30 minutes still no delivery (so had to give the little ones some thing to eat all they wanted was PIZZA) now its 8:00pm (now everyone's hungry) called them again and they said the deliver driver just left with your order so waited now its 8:30pm still (No Food) so called again and i said I Put my order in at 6:12pm now its 8:30pm he said he's been to your house all really and no one Answered the door and he called me but have no missed calls on phone then hung up on me then called me back asking me if (i still wanted the food i said NO) (I SAID I PUT MY ORDER IN AT 6:12PM NOW IT 8:30PM SO NO) (And I'm sure the food COLD BY NOW) Now i remember why i stopped ordering from here normally they say 45min to an hour which is to long for a delivery and I'm only 10 minutes down the road it normally takes them an hour and 30 minutes to deliver. I had guest over so thanks for that.
Atrocious customer service, and abysmal food. I ordered 2 extra large pizzas, both of which were blatantly raw. I phoned the shop to inform them, to which they decided to refuse to accept and were adamant it was cooked correctly? I even stated I can send them videos, which they refused to acknowledge, claiming it was impossible as their food is ‘always’ cooked. I would rather go caspians up the road don’t bother with this place Rude staff and in complete denial. Glad I’ve never stepped foot in this place again, you can call it good riddance. This store has a serious attitude problem.
Delivery did take over an hour even though I'm local. But the food was delicious, £15 for a 16"family pizza, fries, garlic bread and 1.5 L pepsi bottle. Please get the orders delivered quicker. Thanks and keep it up
Ridiculously tasty pizza at ridiculously good prices. Always enjoy the food from here. Have been a regular for over 10 years. The baguettes are also exceptional. Soft bread. Deliciously cheesy fillings. This place doesn't scrimp on quality or quantity.
