   Thank you to Rachel for being a brilliant waitress on our night. Always came to check up on us with a smile on our face and went the extra mile when the app wasn’t working to order food. She even came back to add cheese to our dishes a second time! Would definitely go again because the food was spot on, and that’s coming from someone who isn’t a fan of going out for Italian food. The place was well decorated and not too loud for conversations.

   Fantastic Service from Mariana at Vapiano! We had such a great experience at Vapiano thanks to Mariana. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. She checked in on us often without ever feeling intrusive and made sure everything was perfect with our meals. Her warm attitude and genuine care really elevated the whole dining experience. Thank you, Mariana, for making our visit so enjoyable and we would definitely be back!

   I had an amazing dining experience! The Tagliatelle was absolutely excellent—large portion, great taste, and fantastic value. The service was attentive, with the staff even accommodating a special request. Just a slight wish for the Aglio e Olio to return to the menu!

   I had an excellent experience at Vapiano’s thanks to the outstanding service from a gentleman named Michael. He was friendly, attentive, and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. His warm attitude and professionalism made the visit truly enjoyable. Michael is a great example of exceptional customer service — he made my dining experience memorable.

   Not been here for a few years but definitely gone down hill in service and quality, firstly the model were you wanted for your food to be cooked in front of you was much better, now ordering from a QR code is not good and one thing that really goat my goat was paying for a meal and a service charge before I’ve even had a food or drink! Not once did someone ask how our food was or if we needed anything. The food did come in good time but wasn’t great, the garlic bread with cheese was pretty good but about 3/4 the size of what it used to be. The bolognaise was a good size as I ordered large but was very watery. The value for money was that great either, £55 for 2 at lunch with one starter and 2 pasta’s, would I recommend here probably not I’d try and find a place that does lunch time specials and a better restaurant, bring back the cooking in front of you made the experience much better and I would be more likely to agree with a service charge! They still do this in the Barcelona location.

   Vapiano is a Fantastic Choice for Pizza, Pasta & all things Italian. I personally eat Halal and was surprised to see they offered Halal Chicken here... The Food is authentic and mouth watering. I have been going here for 5-6 Years and wouldn't place any other Italian Joint above it. The interior of the Restaurant is very Light, Open & Airy. There are 3 Levels and plenty of Seating. They even have a Good Kids menu, my Son just Loves coming here and getting the Margarita Pizza in the Shape of a Bunny.

   It's nice to go for a change if you wanna eat pastas but will not repeat it often. The pasta was not very hot. We ordered 2 of the dishes. The one with chicken and bacon was good.

   Delicious homemade pasta! Pizzas are great too. I preferred it when we could watch the food being made rather than a waited table service. Feels like the prices have increased post covid too!

   How can you not absolutely love their homemade pasta!!! It’s to die for. You can either order from your phone using the wrong code or from physical menus. We ordered an paid online. The service was quite prompt. I loved their decorations and minimalistic vibe. Sitting upstairs was closed. Could have been able to enjoy the nice views. The chicken is halal, worth asking about the other dishes if this is important to you.

   Pasta very yummy and fresh, waiters are friendly, walk in welcome no need to reserve a book, make last minute plan easy. It’s not something posh and it’s good for a casual dinner with family and friends. Seatings and tables are clean.
