   I won't lie, the service here is not very good. The workers are not trying to be friendly. I feel like they don't get paid at all. The attitude towards the food is also very poor. I ordered a pizza, but they made the shape very strange, like if someone smashed the pizza.

   They put pepperoni on my pizza even though I did not ask for it and they took 2 hours to come with sauces spilt too. The pizzas were cold and tasted days old. Not fresh at all and wrong delivery very disappointed. It tasted bad

   soooooo bad service never trust them ,all the time make wrong orders .staff is aggressive don't know how to talk and deal with customers, rude, as I order pizzas and chicken and fries Hair on the pizza and chicken was wrong piece as I order 4 breast pieces and the given thighs and leg .when I spoke to them being rude aggressive. never ever used them again and never recommend any one

   They most unhealthy and extremely disgusting hygiene pizza. Since the change of ownership, their management has become so reckless. I have been ordering pizza fron then for many years up until their management changed. Recently, whenever we tried them (thrice so far after change of management) they keep on delivering burnt and badly baked pizzas. Always late delivery, by the time pizza arrives it is gone fully cold. When complained, I was faced with a deadful customer service and the mamager started telling me if I had ever eaten a pizza.

   I used to buy their food, however, over time I've realised that when I've complained about their customer service my comments weren't taken seriously. Their staff are inexperienced and rude, many times they don't follow a simple health and safety rules when working with food. You won't see them wearing any hairnets or washing their hands. I have even seen one of them sneezing directly on pizza which was then handed over to customer. I don't recommend this place at all.

   I ordered at 11:19, I called at 12:36 asking where it was, I was told the driver had just left, I then phoned at 12:58, as we're less than a 10 minute drive away from Dinaz Pizza, I was told he was still on his way (over 20 minutes later), the food then arrived at 13:07, a further 10 minutes. The food was lukewarm when it did arrive, the salad was browning a little, and not crisp, we'd ordered a Pepsi, but receive Pepsi Max instead. The southern fried chicken was very soggy. I was told by the driver who dropped the food off they were sorry (Although the person I spoke with on the phone only seemed annoyed by my phone calls, didn't say sorry) and that our next order we could get money off, however I will never be ordering from here again. EDIT: Also, my partner had to go to work at 1, so the food we ordered just gone 11, in time for lunch, didn't arrive, partner now has to wait till dinner to be able to eat. Shocking. If only there was a 0 star option.

   Foods just nasty! These positive reviews are fake. They don't cover there hair and they don't wear uniforms when cooking your food. This is run by a family that clearly have no proper catering skills. My food was below average. My fries where under cooked and the chicken burger i ordered wasn't 100% chicken breast. It tasted like processed meat. I wouldn't even give them 1 star if i had that option.
