   I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience with a recent order I placed through Uber Eats from your restaurant, Ruddies Pizza. Not only was my order nearly 30 minutes late, but the customer service I received during this process was completely unacceptable. When I reached out to inquire about the delay, I was met with rudeness and hostility. The representative I spoke with was not only unhelpful, but also made a threatening remark, stating that they would tell the delivery person to return to the restaurant and cancel my order. This level of disrespect and lack of professionalism is shocking and unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect timely delivery, respectful communication, and a basic level of courtesy – none of which were met in this case. I ask that this matter be taken seriously. I would like to request an investigation into this incident and a formal apology. Additionally, I believe compensation is appropriate considering the delay, the threat of cancellation, and the distress caused by this experience. I hope to hear back from you promptly regarding how this will be resolved.

   100% the best pizza in Warrington. The base is delicious and authentic, toppings always fresh and tasty, great cheese and sauce- everything smoky, handmade and wonderful. Prices are amazing value for money.

   Best pizza in town. At this price point, probably best authentic pizza in entire North West. Dough/crust absolutely amazing and delicious with or without their signature garlic dip. A lot of unusual combinations to try as well as classics. I will pick Ruddies pizza over any restaurant pizza at any day. Great that place is located inside the bar now. You can enjoy pizza at the table, surrounded by nice interior and have it with cocktail or beer from the bar.

   Wow! Went to Ruddies new location on Sunday night and had the most delicious crispy pizza! Fresh ingredients and aromatic dough that’s crispy and chewy. Great menu items and amazing customer service. Il be back!

   Amazing pizza and super service. We’ve ordered a few times from Ruddies and the pizza has always been great and super tasty. Twice now we’ve used them to deliver pizza to our party so they can cater for big numbers too.

   Didn’t reply to messages, no contact number, food didn’t arrive. Charged £30.50 for nothing. Ordered 40 minutes before closing time and received confirmation it would be here within 20 minutes. Not good enough really. At least with the big pizza places they let you know what’s happening. Trying to support small local business that advertise DAILY how quickly they will deliver to you but what a let down! Not even sure how I’m supposed to get a refund as they don’t reply to messages.

   Gorgeous pizza, great flavours and so well made. Rosemary garlic bread was excellent too! Great communication on delivery estimate and any menu questions you have - can't wait to order again!
