   Ordered through Uber Eats, arrived with receipt taped to the box, what was inside (Pizza and Side) was wrong - Called the store to try and fix, arrogant guy on the phone tells me this happens all the time and it wouldnt happen if I didnt order throug Uber Eats because Pizza Hut "Quality Check" but they dont bother doing this for Uber orders - said he knew my order was wrong but refused to remake it, explained I had paid them for a pizza and side they hadnt delivered and again the arrogant little man who must love playing the Jobsworth told me I hadnt paid them, I'd paid Uber (who would then pay them) guy was too busy arguning technicalities to do his job Long story short, made and order, paid for order, got the wrong one from store, store disclaim responsibility for their own product, got abuseive with me on the phone - no offer to remake, just abuse for them sending the wrong order, they get paid, I get a pizza I didnt order, that I cant eat

   Would not order from here absolutely disgusting customer service. Firstly forgot chicken strips which I rang straight away about before we had opened the pizza, fair enough they sent them straight away to us. But the pizza was stale like it’d been sat there in the oven, hardly any sauce and very bland. 4 of us have had a piece and left the rest, I rang up to let the shop know about it and he was very rude and abrupt on the phone telling me it can’t be Then that we’d already complained at the strips being missing as if to say I was lying! So arrogant and rude!! He went on and said he will pick up the pizza and send a smaller one out because he wasn’t sending out another large. To which i told him to forget it, as he was just so rude down the phone!

   I went in and pre ordered a large group order so it could be ready for Christmas eve and I can’t rate them enough the man who took my order I believe his name was Keith was so lovely and helpful he was very patient when sorting our order out. Come to Christmas Eve to collect the pizzas and they was all just perfect! All the food was piping hot and delicious we was all so happy, thank you so much to all the lovely staff for helping us out x

   Ordered two pizzas, one was good, one not so. Not so good one had extra topping missing (was still charged £1.80 though) and was sparsely topped with the normal toppings. There are two other pizza huts within a similar distance. Will use one of them next time.

   I have only ever gone to the Pizza Hut restaurant and never had delivery. We visited , placed our order at the counter. The staff were really nice and considering they were short staffed our order was made in 10 minutes. Kitchen was clean, staff were well presented and friendly. The pizzas were lovely & fresh! Thank you. They recommended ordering online and you can collect or have it delivered which I'll do next time. Thank you.

   Ordered 2 pizzas with bbq sauce and there is no sauce whatsoever. Called to report this and that said that would make them again after saying that they put sauce. We did not want to wait again. Not impressed.
