Don't like leaving bad reviews. Order was not processed, fine these things happen. Offered extra chicken strips which was a nice gesture but they never arrived with the VERY late order. Not worth the hasstle. Understand busy and understaffed but need to do better.

Do not waste your money! Pizza dough was raw and soggy, definitely not crispy as you would expect from pizza hut. As other people have said called to complain and bring it to the manager's attention, only for her to be dismissive.
Ordered pizza collection one and half hours prior to required collection time but still had to wait 15 minutes on arrival for the pizzas. Pizzas were cold and had very little topping! Less than one mushroom sliced on the whole medium farmhouse and about 4 tiny squares of ham! Cheese barely existing, hard and burnt base with just an overpowering taste of tomato and burnt food!No apology for being kept waiting! Don’t waste your money, our pizzas both ended up in the bin
