   I ordered my pizza and waited for hours, till past midnight and I received nothing. Phone calls were not answered, nothing. I really wouldn’t recommend using them unless you want to starve. I had to go to bed hungry. Later found out they were dumped at my doorstep at night. Minus 5 stars over 5 that’s actually the rate they deserve. The pizza wasn’t even good.

   To say this place is the same price as dominos I've never seen a pizza look so unappetising, missing extra toppings and all they had to say is if I call another night and they will send me the same pizza which after this order you can keep, won't be ordering again

   Good pizza, very bad delivery times and customer service. Pizza is lovely but you’ll be waiting an hour or two minimum for delivery and we live an 8 minute drive away. Was told on the phone they’re busy so it’s taking longer after 2 hours of waiting for two pizzas. But they were still taking orders saying the estimate is 30-40 minutes. I can see a lot of people have had the same experience so I’d recommend ordering from here about two hours before you think you’ll be hungry.

   The first time we ordered we waited 1 hour 30 mins for the pizza to arrive cold. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again on a weekday as we thought it would be quite. 2 hours after ordering, still no pizza, I rang the restaurant who said the driver had set off 10 mins ago, 45 minutes later the driver turned up, granted she was lovely and said she had only just come from the restaurant. 3 hours from order to delivery. Won't be using them again to pay for overpriced, cold pizza.

   An amazing lace - great pizza and the friendliest staff. We visited with 2 kids on a Friday evening and the staff couldn’t have been better. We definitely have a new favourite place for tea with the kids!

   Terrible service, took an order then called after waiting an hour and half to be told my order was delayed and could have a can of pop as way of apologising then said I could collect but no wings. Order through just eat but couldn’t review due to cancellation. Poor customer service as could have been resolved easily if communicated when order was input. Won’t be dining here anytime soon.

   Took close to 3 hours to arrive. We received a call after an hour and a half to say our order would be 20 minutes. 45 minutes later we called and they had no idea where our order was. Over 2 and a half hours of waiting for our order later, 2 cold pizzas arrived. The bases had been changed and weren't the wood fired bases we'd had previously and were significantly less tasty and of poor quality. The chicken strips were still great but the service and quality of pizza really let us down this time and after previously singing this places praises I don't think I'll be inclined to return. Clearly growing too quickly without any concern of maintaining quality.
