   Went last night and if I am honest we are not a fan of ordering via the website. With a party of 5 and everyone wanting different and customising the order it felt like it was taking us for ever. Shannon came over and helped us to find the best deal to suit us. She was very helpful and friendly and was an absolute whizz when it came to ordering. The food was delicious and the service was 5 star. Shannon really was very helpful and couldn’t do enough for us.

   Ordering on the app is crazy! I get staff are low, but for a family who aren’t good with tech is a recipe for diaster. Spent 20 mins just trying to figure out how to order on the damn thing! It led to the app getting confused with our order and we ordered the wrong thing, albeite the staff were hellful by giving us another pizza. Just hoping my father will eat it! Drinks were the best thing they had, especially the bottomless refills. Oh and the ice machine had ice in it, for once, which was on the plus side We ordered a half mozzarella and half pepperoni with onions rings and garlic bread + some stuff from the salad bar. Timing was quick and looked promising, but failed to deliver. Pizza had cheap cheese that tasted of nothing, tomato sauce didn’t compliment the dough and made it too sweet, and the onion rings could do with another 7 mins in the fryer. Saving grace was the garlic bread, yet that was soon to be devoured! Overall, not the best experience. I know pizza hut can deliver alot better than that! Maybe thats why the locations are closing rapidly…

   Me & the missus came for a chilled evening meal the restaurant wasn’t busy and was a pretty calm atmosphere which we like… lynne looked after us with a smile on her face couldn’t fault her service at all she was very attentive and saw to any request we had. One of the many reasons why me & the missus love a good Pizza Hut. Highly recommend the chicken & pesto pizza new on the menu

   We are regular visitors to the Castleford Pizza Hut and I honestly can’t fault it. The value of the deals is superb especially for families with children, the food is always delicious and hot, the pizzas are never greasy, the food comes out prompt - all in all it’s always a lovely meal. All of this is topped off by the fantastic customer service. We are nearly always served by Lynne and she is just fabulous. She is so friendly, welcoming, polite and just all round a pleasure to speak to. On our latest visit she made an extra special effort with my daughter and made her feel really special and made her night. Thank you Lynne and Pizza Hut for a fabulous meal out.

   It was my sons birthday, we were going to go to 5guys burgers . But after seeing the prices and the tiny place we decided against it. Restaurant prices but very little Restaurant atmosphere we decided on pizza hut instead. Really glad we did , the sharing pizza was amazing and the fries delicious. Free side salad ( didn't partake ) and bottomless drinks for less than the price of 1 glass at 5guys . Thoroughly enjoyed the pizza and the stuffed crust was delicious. Definitely worth the price and will inevitably revisit.

   Where do I start! Exceptional, Exquisite, Excellent. First of all this picturesque restaurant is appealing to the eye. The Pizza was amazing, hats off the kitchen crew. Much appreciated! Service amazing from the lovely chloe, she went above and beyond. A real asset to this joint. Overall, Highly recommend for a nice light brunch :D

   Shocking. Salad bar empty. Ice cream machine filthy. No cutlery anywhere to be seen. Very under staffed. Manager running around doing what he could, not his fault. Soooo expensive and can't order food with staff, have to use an app that didn't work properly. Can't get signal and had to log on to their WiFi and give a load of personal details.

   We went for the all you can eat buffet. You can order individual pizzas to your table via the app but the friendly restaurant staff were happy to take the order from your table if you prefer. Only a limited choice of 4 pizzas from the menu but all very tasty. Also 2 pastas were available & side salads. All for under a tenner so pretty good value compared to their usual menu.
