   We booked a table for our three year anniversary, on arrival they asked if we had any allergies to which my partner has a raspberry allergy. They informed all staff of the allergy and ensured none of the drinks that was ordered contained raspberries. We had Calamari and Chicken Lecca-Lecca for starters, the Calamari was fresh, light and so crispy. The lemon and garlic mayonnaise was a perfect pairing. The chicken Lecca-Lecca was moist, crispy and had a beautiful buttery after taste, it was paired with garlic mayonnaise and a spicy ketchup dip to which was excellent. My partner had the lasagne with meatballs and Italian ham, it filled the entire dish and it some flavoursome and can tell it was cooked fresh and not microwaved. I had the sea bass al Forno, the fish was flaky, juice and cooked to perfection. The white wine sauce was beautiful and the vegetables cooked to perfection. We will certainly be going back. Customer service was spot on and we didn’t have to wait that long between each courses

   Booked a table for 3 birthday treat. It was a busy Friday. People were being turned away. Seated near the door it was absolutely freezing. Got a free shot of Pink Lemonade. The service was pretty good to be honest no complaints. Ultimately though Ask Italian is overpriced Pasta and Pizza no matter how you present it. £15 for a bowl of pasta and sauce,with some Parmesan if you ask. Depends on your wallet and views if you think it's value for money? Not for me.

   Fantastic 3 course meal here, we visit regularly utilising our taste card. The service is attentive and the portions are a decent size too. Josh the waiter is an absolute credit to the team, we’ve seen him working regularly but this evening it was busy with fewer staff and his service was impeccable.

   We made a reservation for a Saturday night but had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated as the restaurant was really busy. The food was amazing and tasty. You should definitely try the king prawn and crayfish frilly tagliatelle. They also have vegan options if you like. Would most certainly recommend!
