   Spent the weekend away in Leeds and thought on the Friday we would treat ourselves to Pizza. I was shocked to believe it was not Friday 13th or April fools with the shockingly bad level of service we received. We usually like to call our order in as there are a couple of allergies we need to cater for and just wanted to check. Well there was no point in this as the person down the phone clearly did not want to be there (maybe they were about to hand their notice in). Each response we got was rude and made us to feel inferior in every way. To top the whole experience off the pizza was over 45 mins late and when it arrived the box was so full of grease the pizza was completely inedible. We tried a bite and gave up. Not sure what the staff are doing there and appreciate it was a busy time but there is no need for this at all. No quality checks, no nothing. The only saving grace was the delivery driver at least smiled. We tried to call and complain but obviously got the same person as before as we were met with a brick wall and treated like we were the ones in the wrong. Other Papa Johns branches I have ordered from there has never been a problem so it is clear it has something to do with the staff at this branch!

   I haven’t ordered for a few months, but whenever I have it’s been delicious. We order via the website for delivery. I removed stars because papa johns keep messing with their dips. The pizza and chicken are nothing without their dips. They no longer have Frank’s sauces, they replaced them with own brand and their disgusting, so vinegary and thin. The special garlic dip was my favourite and they’ve ruined it. I haven’t ordered since then.

   Cold pizza arrived after a long wait . reported to store, was told someone would call back. They didn’t. I then had to call again to be greeted by someone who didn’t give a monkeys, couldn’t even muster an apology, bad customer service , cold pizza AVOID

   Didn't even get served. Not one person looked up and acknowledged my presence. So rude. All it needed was a "I'll be with you in a couple of minutes", but they couldn't be bothered. Avoid this place at all costs.

   If zero was available for Papa Johns UK I would mark it! Buy a pizza online £8.50, App says "ready to collect" arrive to be told not ready. Have to stand and wait further 10mins. Pizza comes out, take it home, they had struggled to add 3 toppings to a pizza. Pizza is incorrect, advised can't refund have to return when manager arrives. Go back, managers present, refuses a refund and states i must EMAIL customer services. Basically got robbed, in the street by a well known brand, i feel like i'm on another planet. Doing business like this in 2022, what a disgrace. Absoloutley disgusting...

   Avoid papa johns Meanwood. Pizza delivered early. Driver said they would cook fresh and redeliver on time. Instead they write NEW on the same box and redeliver it. Breaching policy im sure as well as health and safety. manager refused to deal with and referred me to the app. Do not bother with them. Support genuine local business's

   We have ordered from here a few times and food has always been decent. However, we order from here tonight and It was absolutely delicious!! I don’t know if they changed something in their recipe but we couldn’t believe how nice it was! This is also one of the only pizza places who actually puts a good amount of vegan cheese on the pizza! I don’t normally leave reviews but it is defiantly worth leaving 5 stars. Thank you very much and will be ordering again soon!
