   Anna at PizzaExpress was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, she made us feel genuinely welcome and looked after throughout the entire visit. Her service was friendly, attentive, and professional without ever feeling rushed. She knew the menu well, gave great recommendations, and made sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to come across someone who clearly enjoys what they do and goes the extra mile to make customers feel valued. Anna is a real credit to PizzaExpress — we’ll definitely be back and hope to be served by her again!

   I don't usually give reviews but Anna's outstanding service didn't leave me an option. She couldn't do enough to make sure we had all we needed. They say service makes the experience and that was certainly the case, we couldn't have asked for more. The food and drink deserves the full 5 stars as well. Coming back 100%.

She struck the perfect balance, checking in at just the right times and making sure everything was exactly as I wanted. The food was delicious, fresh, and served promptly, and Anna’s positive attitude made the whole experience even better. It’s rare to find such great service these days, and Anna definitely made a lasting impression. I’ll definitely be returning soon!
