   Amazing experience! Anna Marie and Andrew have been so accommodating with such an amazing customer service! I visited a place in the centre with children and friends, afterwards we wished to have some dinner. After walking into one local pub and experiencing total disrespect and near violence from some young girls, we walked out very dissatisfied and lucky enough to have walked into this Pizza Express restaurant. The staff have been great, like a breath of fresh air, very welcoming. Lovely food, all eaten up! I would definitely recommend this place to others with the greatest gratitude for making our evening special and keeping our Christmas spirits up high! Lots of love ❤️ and we’ll definitely be returning xxx

   Our experience at this location was pleasant. From the moment we placed our orders to when the meals were brought in, only about 9 minutes passed—we were pleasantly surprised by such speed. The drinks were delectable and refreshing, and the ambiance was cozy and comfortable. The seating was comfortable, and the tables were arranged in a pleasant and inviting manner. The lavatories were clean and well-maintained, though a bit tight. Prices are on the higher side, with a 14-inch pizza around £20 and an 11-inch pizza around £15, and the portions were rather small for the price. Despite the slightly higher prices and modest portion sizes, the overall experience was enjoyable and memorable, making this a well-deserved 5-star visit.

   Came here as I was at Heathrow for a layover & in memory of my late Husband wanted his favourite pizza…The American Hot. It was delicious. Fresh, hot (jalopenos!) & crispy. So impressed with the staff. Big shout out to Anna Marma, Diana & Goegem who were so kind to me. It’s a lovely setting for a Pizza Express by the canal & I would recommend visiting.

   We loved the atmosphere, food, and especially the wait staff at Pizza Express! While visiting London in the newer end of Paddington, we stopped here 2 nights in a row, and the delightful Barbara assisted us both nights. After dropping by for a delicious to-go box of tiramisu, it brought us back to try their pizza and dough balls (plus more dessert). Warm inviting atmosphere and speedy efficient service, topped with great food, will bring us back on our next visit to London!

   After a 5 hour train ride from Edinburgh, my wife and I were hangry and looking for something close to our hotel. After striking out on a few other places due to the late hour, we stumbled upon Pizza Express. At first I was a little set off since this was a chain and we weren’t really in the mood for pizza, but boy were we wrong. The restaurant was so warm and inviting and you could see the chefs making fresh pies as you walked in. Are waitress was very friendly and got us situated with drinks right away. We decided on some meatballs before our pizza. The meatballs were favorable and a hit with the wife and I. For the pizza, we decided on something with a little spice. Our pizza was perfect and hit the spot. We didn’t leave a single crumb, and I would suggest upgrading to a large so you can have some leftovers. For desert, we got the newly added Lemon Raspberry Cheesecake and it was a great finish to our day. The cheesecake was very flavorful and the crust was perfect. I’d highly recommend and if I was a local, this would be my favorite spot for drinks and pizza.

   The Pizza Express served up good food except for the chicken pizza we had ordered which was just meh. The polenta fries were also the same. But the highlight is goats cheese and spinach pizza. The meat pizza that we also ordered met our expectations. One plus point of this restaurant is the good location. One minor gripe we have is that we walked in seeing a January offer that they advertised on a board outside the restaurant but it had terms and conditions that weren't clearly explained in the menu or in the board, leading to a lot of confusion when we tried to order.

   I attended yesterday evening with work colleagues. The service was impeccable. Diana our waitress couldn’t have been more attentive, she was warm, friendly and accommodating. A real credit. Garen, the manager helped us with the app and ensured a very quick food service, which was of such great quality. Will be back with more people in tow, it’s a great little spot. Thanks to the team for making our belated Christmas meal so lovely.

   Great place and good atmosphere. But the pizza is nothing like it should be. Flat, raw and missing all the Italian parts. But the staff are kind and the do what they can. So the stars are for the staff. Not the pizza. But the desserts are ok tough.

   Very nice pizza, I have had better but this is top quality. Some nice starters as well. Although the overall menu is a bit limited compared to some pizza places I’ve eaten. Good service. Has an outdoor area as well.

   Love the place, great thin real Italian pizza, great service, staff are smiley. Love the Garlic oil sauce perfect with the pizza. Brownie with ice cream is a must have!!!
