   This is something I would never want to put but it is highly likely the food you get delivered has been given to the wrong customer recollected off them and given to you so you wont know if someone random has been touching your food. I only know this as I was given someone else's order

   My partner ordered food for collection at 6:40pm, collected it came back, wasnt our order. I called up the takeaway they asked us to bring it back or they can come and collect it and send ours out for delivery in 5 minutes, 5 minutes later (7:05) the driver was here to pick up the order theyd given us and said he was going back to collect ours and bring it back (this takeaway is a 4 minute drive away) at 7:25 i called them again to ask for an ETA on our food as its now been 45 mins since we ordered and 20 minutes since theyd picked up the other order to be told that the driver set out a few minutes ago and should be there any minute, no apology just hung up. The driver finally showed up at 7:40, apologising, i feel bad for him it wasnt his fault but I was annoyed that it took an hour and after opening our food, the Italian burger id ordered was just a basic cheese burger with pepperoni no mozzarella no marinara sauce.

   Pizza Lodge in Newton-le-Willows is always a great choice for a tasty and reliable meal. The kebabs are absolutely fantastic—full of flavour, generous in portion, and freshly prepared every time. It’s also a brilliant spot for families thanks to their kids-eat-free offer, which makes eating out much more affordable. The staff are friendly, the service is quick, and the food never disappoints. Highly recommend!

   Have been ordering for years and been great. Last few months awful waiting over 2hrs for delivery then wrong food and missing items last night was the last time 2.5hrs then missed some food had to phone twice and then delivered another 1.5 hrs later....almost 11pm for food ordered at 7.30pm and then found hair in the curly fries my daughter videos and sent it to me.. disgusting will never. Order from here again. Look just above pause sign you can see the hair entwined ugghhh

   The pizza was absolutely amazing—perfectly cooked, with fresh ingredients and incredible flavor! The service was just as impressive: quick, efficient, and super friendly.    Ordered through just eat. 2.5 hours later my food still hadn’t arrived and the restaurant is refusing to cancel my order and refund!!!! Luckily Just eat are amazing and overfilled them issuing a full refund. Avoid if you want your food that same day!

   Go to their own website for 10% off your order!! Our go to place for everything from pizza, kebabs and burgers. Food is always hot and delicious! Love, love, love the free cheese garlic bread when you spend over £10 :-D The double chicken fillet burger with chips is lovely, I prefer this to KFC burgers...and cheaper.

   the food - good. The experience - poor! The online system allowed the order of pizza using a deal and also a garlic bread. they didnt deliver the garlic bread saying the deal does not apply - only one deal possible. When challenged, the driver didnt care and the guy on the phone said his boss said so, so not possible to have the deal. why allow me to add it to the order when you will not deliver??? also there was a charge for using paypal. Thats unheard of! eventually, they fulfilled the order exactly as I made it. They need to fix the website to reflect the deals they give. The food was decent. well made. cant complain on that front. all three stars for the food!

   Firstly there was a bit of an issue with the online order. But I think it was well compensated, ended up getting my pizza size bumped up and they threw in another pizza ontop! Which i was really grateful for, I will definetley consider from here again! Thank you for the great first impression! Pizza was great chips were great! Friendly service, would recommend.
