   Food always arrives cold. Waiting time for delivery was around 2 hours. At least that was happened to me....twice. my little one fell asleep hungry waiting for his pizza. It might not be restaurant fault, maybe delivery's.....but not a good experience for me.

   Total waste of time, ordered 1 large pizza, said about 45 mins. An hour later the app said an additional hours time had been added. Called up and the staff were clueless but did say our pizza was on route, 20 mins later cancelled it and cooked a frozen pizza instead. What a waste of time. Save your money and get a £2 one from aldi instead.

   If you order on the App you can get good discounts. Bench is the most uncomfortable I have ever sat on while waiting for the order to be cooked. Service was fast and pizza delicious.

   Waited over an hour to have our pizza dropped at the door step. Then to have to call back to chase up our second order and be shouted at by the manager! Refused a refund, refused to give her name and 2.5 hrs after we ordered we still haven't received our full order! Absolutely terrible service. Don't bother, go to Dominos! Or better still cook your own!

   Fantastic really clean. And fast delivery. Also thank you so much for sending me som ice cream in the pandemic. I'm a frunt line worker. when I get im orders rong when I'd just done a 12 hour shift in end of life care. I actually rang crying to explain about what I'd done. And sent a note with thank you on with a smile on it made my day

   Worst pizza hut. Ordered pizza at 6.05pm. Rang the store at 7.10pm to be told it was with the driver and would be with us soon.. Driver didnt turn up until 7.40pm. Pizza was cold and no apologies. Wont be ordering from here again.

   At the time we ordered our pizza for 6 20 pm for pick up,when i got there the shop was really busy and that i had 2 people's orders in front of mine also phone orders comming through all the time. The guy's where running around like headless chickens, the pizza was 15 minutes late the staff really sorry but they did it without loosening their cool, well done guys.
