Shocking! The pizza dough was raw, the food was cold completely inedible had to throw it away! and arrived 30 minutes after promised. When I called the take away for an update I was told "let's wait till it arrives". First and last time ordering from here.
This place used to be very good, but unfortunately it's been going downhill for a couple of months with tonight being the worst and last time we have ordered from here. Ordered 2 pizzas with dips. the ingredients on the pizzas were clearly far from fresh and incredibly stunk. Don't order here unless you want to get food poisoning.
WAITING 1HOUR 45 MINS (not even exaggerating) for a pizza that’s only 3 mins away. Horrible service. The girl on the phone was rude and very unprofessional.. hanging up the call without a care on my enquiry. 1st and defiantly the LAST TIME I’ll ever order form here. You want cold food and waiting forever literally for your food. Be my guest and join the 0 star experience
I have ordered from this place for years but recently the quality has dropped significantly. I believe this has occurred due to new owners and my regular order of pizza has gone from outstanding to tasteless and horrible. Previous pizza would have a good ratio of toppings and cheese however the new quality of pizza hardly has any toppings and the minimal amounts on the pizza taste funny. The prices have also increased which normally I would not mind but if the pizza is going to taste like cardboard then forget it. A frozen pizza is a fraction of the price being charged and has 10 times more flavour. I do not recommend and will be looking for a new regular!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Look at the care they are taking advertising, my block of 21 well kept flats had one flyer, effortlessly half shoved in EACH of the 21 post boxes so they have fell out of many and are now flying around the grounds which we pay to have kept tidy and if they leave our grounds in the wind they are then cluttering up the streets which also isn't good, why bother printing flyers if you're not going to actually put them through people's doors or in people's boxes. Thanks for making me not want to buy from you guys, great business tactic, keep it up. Go get your pizza elsewhere, readers.
