   Called to make a change on my pizza, was answered by Aqib, who made sure that it was done. Then when we arrived to pick up, he checked that it was how we wanted it, he was lovely throughout and the pizza was so good.

   (Giving 0 stars for atmosphere as I only get delivery.) I'm not sure if I can speak for Pizza Hut as a whole, but this particular Pizza Hut franchise has declined in quality steadily over the past 10 or so years. Is the pizza passable? Sure, but I find it is much greasier and blander tasting than it used to be. The garlic flavouring used on the crusts seems to be mostly either missing or is not prepared in the same way as it used to be (it used to stick to the crust), the cookie dough is consistently burned and the deliveries are routinely marked as delivered before they have actually been delivered (I assume to meet delivery deadlines?). Considering the price of the pizza vs the quality you are getting I personally wouldn't recommend it. There are smaller pizza places in the area that offer a much better value.

   Both me and my mum have really enjoyed our meal. I thought it was the best takeaway we’ve had in a long time and we will definitely be ordering from here again. Absolutely perfect and the courier was well mannered.

   Shocking customer service and shocking delivery time. Made my order at 5pm on a Tuesday which took an hour to turn up. When I got my order is was wrong. Waited another hour to be delivered the wrong pizza again. Asked for a refund to be told it wasn’t their issue and put in a claim before having the phone put down on me. At least Domino’s knows what they’re doing.

   We have called every week after my son’s football training for the past few months and are always met with a friendly service and the food is always great. Tonight they gave my son some free ice cream which was really lovely best pizza in Wakefield ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   Always our go to pizza place. Never had an issue in the past 3 or 4 years. Ordered tonight and recieved a free pizza. Large too. I promised a review so here it is. Before people say im bias because of this let me just say. The quality, time and service has been the same as ever nothing new. Good service, good hot food and reliable at the busiest of times. Would recommend.

   Wish I could give 0. Pizza wouldn’t feed to a dog. Shameful and disgusting customer service over phone. It’s disgraceful that this is a representation of a successful chain. Will be reporting Update: received replacement which was burnt and wrong toppings on wrong base. We gave up at this point and sent a complaint to Head Office
